Overall I was very pleased. The value for our stay cannot be beat. The staff was extremely helpful--which is a plus for a family traveling with small children.

This was a great hotel. Our room was for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids had a loft upstairs with twin beds, a tv and desk. There was plenty of room for all of us. The breakfast was good - typical European breakfast - hard boiled eggs, breads, meats and Cheeses, yogurt and toppings for the yogurt. It was about a 15 minute drive to Valkenburg. There was not a whole lot right around the hotel in walking distance, but several villages around it with plenty of places to eat etc.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very clean and decorated nicely. The bathroom was fresh and new, the shower had plenty of hot water and the water flow was good. The only thing that I can suggest is that they replace the towels, our set of towels were clean, but the edges were fraying and coming apart at the hem, and we were only given one set for a reservation for 2 people. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. The staff was also very kind and accommodating.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and took care of any questions we had. Parking was free. The room was very clean. Came in for the Christmas markets and the drive was 5-10 minutes (by taxi) from the hotel to the city center. A lot of shopping right across the street. Did not like that we had to pay for internet and that a free breakfast was not offered. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Have travelled a lot, stayed usually in three star local hotels or four star chain-hotels. The Britannique is right there in the top of my experiences as it showed a well appointed room. The room was so comfortable and furnishings high quality. Batroom was upscale and functionable. Also very calm and quiet as the room was high up on the backside of […] the building. ホテルだと思って行くと、入り口が見つけられません。カフェレストランの中に入って行きカフェのカウンターがレセプション、その奥がホテル部分になっています。お部屋はカフェのクラシックな趣とは違ってモダンでセンス良くまとまっていると思います。外出時の出入りは裏口を使います。朝食も卵料理と簡単なビュッフェですが、きちんと美味しかったです。

Hotel Britannique ligt heerlijk midden in het centrum van Maastricht. De bezienswaardigheden zijn allemaal op loopafstand. De gastvrijheid is enorm de mensen zijn erg vriendelijk kunnen je goed informeren over de buurt en bedienen altijd met een glimlach. Alleen als je slecht ter been bent is het hotel niet aan te raden het is allemaal trappen lopen […] en er is geen lift. De kamers zijn netjes schoon en erg smaakvol ingericht en de bedden slapen als een wolk. Een echte aanrader!! Read more

Buena situación, y habitaciones impresionantes. Quizas algo caro aunque la ciudad en si es tambien algo cara. El personal es muy simpatico y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Negativo: Está en zona de bares y hay algo de ruido. Tambien el hecho de no tener una recepción aparte del bar-restaurante.
