I arrived in Sydney, Australia on a Sunday after a very long flight and suspected that I might have a big health problem due to the trip. The receptionist at the front desk was very caring and said she would try to find a doctor for me. She researched it on-line and found a medical clinic nearby but they had just closed (2pm on Sunday). So she left a message for the Monday morning desk receptionist to get an appointment for me. She did. I went to the clinic (within walking distance of the hotel.0 I spoke to a doctor who sent me for further tests and very fortunately, I was OK. The hotel staff was very caring and efficient. That was the first time in all my travels I've needed medical help and they were terrific!

The room was good !! We paid for a harbor view room and to say there was a view is a real reach. We were on the 10th floor of a 20 story building. There MAY have been some harbor views on higher floors but probable not. All-in-all it was a nice place and a good room in a great location.

The room was for a couple and we paid a decent price but the best was two single beds pushed together which is not appropriate for a weekend away as a couple. It was not comfortable and spoiled the entire hotel experience. All other aspects of the hotel were great.

I was happy to find out that I left my laptop charger in hotel and they return it to me. very friendely staff, pleasent, co operative and well presented, ver happy with location, hotel environment and staff. well done

We stayed at the hotel because we were going to a wedding nearby but it would be good for any purpose. The next morning we went to Dee Why beach, not far away. The cinema at Collaroy is close.

It was ok. The rooms were ok. We did see a huge cockroach, but killed it and didn't see anymore. They did charge me on check in, but refunded it. And it had everyhting we needed. They were OK.
