My wife and I spent the night on our way through to Albuquerque. The facilities were well maintained and the staff were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed while visiting in-town relatives. Didn't use any facilities or other amenities. Quite suitable but prices are high - due to high construction demand I'm told.

Excellent room...King Suite. Quiet and clean. Staff could have offered to help with bags since we had a baby and lots of luggage, otherwise the rating would be 5. Breakfast is great. Couldn't ask for better.

Treated respectfully and cordially upon check in.....and when we made calls to get directions person on the phone was very nice and helpful...and understanding when we ran into traffic in El Paso on our way to Carlsbad. Breakfast was included and we really enjoyed our waffles! Wonderfully relaxing experience. Thanks!

This is a very nice hotel. The pool and suana were clean and refreshing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great wtih a good variety. The lady tending to the breakfast area was very polite.

The reason we chose this hotel is for the indoor swimming pool. We were disappointed because it had way too much chlorine. So much so that it was uncomfortable for our children to swim. Very nice hotel, but we drove past it twice...is next to the Walmart at the south end of town. Lot of construction going on in Carlsbad, but hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable.

As the hotels near Carlsbad Caverns (Whites City) and the area have gone down, we decided to try in Carlsbad, NM. The Hampton Inn was the only one with a king suite available and we were pleased with the value for the price. Happy and helpful employees. Well furnished room. Breakfast had lots of options including a "bag to go."

Hotel is in nice (nearly new) condition and good location (next to retail store and a chain restaurant). What sets this hotel apart is the service- everyone we encountered from the maid to the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

What a nice place to stay! It is very conveniently located to several restruants, gas stations, and a Walmart. The hotel itself was very clean and provided a great breakfast! The beds very very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay there (despite the 110 degree weather outside!).

Stayed at this Hampton for the night on our visit to Carlsbad Caverns. The hotel was very clean and front desk was very nice. Out children enjoyed the pool very much. The breakfast was great, something for everyone. If we were to ever come back to this area we would want to stay here again.

Everyone was so nice and the hotel was only 6 months old. So, everything smelled new and was exceptionally clean. This was completely opposite of the Hampton Inn we stayed in Canon City, CO just the day before!

The hotel was only 5 months old so it was very clean and everything looked great. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the indoor pool was too cool. We asked to have it warmed up but it never did happen. The hot tub was at the right temp.

Hotel staff is friendly, hotel in general was very clean and modern. Pool area is nice. Right next to Walmart and a few restuarants. At the south end of city so it's not too far of a drive to the Cavern's. Overall this was a great place to stay but far too pricey for the area.

We recently stayed in this hotel with our children and had a good experience. The location was very convenient to the caverns. The room was clean and well appointed and they offer a hot breakfast, which is nice. The only negative I can think of is that the hotel doesn't offer in-room movies. Checking was fast and easy and our room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Next door to walmart and behind a chilli's. We visited the caverns the next day which they're about a half an hour drive.

We stay here as part of our 6 day hiking trip to Guadalupe Mountains. Incredibile place in the middle of average hotels. This was our first trip to the region so finding this home away from home was magic. The staff was awesome. Every morning i would go down for the buffet breakfast - something to truly look forward to.
