This highway property is at a Motorway Gas Stop just outside of Warwick. We found our executive Double Room very comfortable, It was spacious and the bath was super. For a fast food dinner and breakfast we went next door to the food court where there was a KFC, Burger King, 2 other and mini-market plus Starbucks. The next morning we were on our way. Interent and Free Parking made it even better.

The hotel is very centrally located and has a car park (that you have to pay to park in). Wifi is available, you also pay for that. The lobby is very nice with multiple fireplaces where you can have drinks, dine, or enjoy afternoon day (prices seemed reasonable to us). Very short walk to RSC theatres, restaurants, shops, etc. The room was huge that we stayed in, not sure if that is typical, but it was nice. No complaints except they didn't really tell us we needed to pay for parking. The parking cost wasn't bad though.

It was a beautiful setting, a great photo opportunity, a fantastic back yard to enjoy an English tea, and nice modern rooms. All the staff were so nice. We had a great experience sleeping in a castle and hope to return some time.

Great hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the major shopping areas and cultural instituions (museum, convention center, library, etc). Because of the one way streets it is a bit tricky to get to but once there it is really great and they do have onsite parking (not always common in the UK). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast every morning was quite good. Rooms were modern and clean. I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Birmingham

"Very comfortable bed and lovely fresh breakfast"
I work away from home every week and stay in many hotels which were all busy this week I stayed at the Arden House and I have to say I was pleasantly suprised, the room was very nice and comfortable and the bed and linen was so nice, was like a home from home and biscuits and water in the room with robe and slippers was a nice touch. Nice selection […] of foods for breakfast, nice outlook on to the garden and friendly staff. "Warm welcome and super breakfast."
I would highly recommend this guest house for any one wishing a convenient location for the NEC or the airport. From room to check in was just 15 minutes. There was a warm welcome and great breakfast, although no bacon. The room was very clean and comfortable and much bigger than it appears on the web site.
