it was awesome - fresh, clean and great service. only thing that needs attention is the laundry services...my clothes smelt like "jeyes blu fluid...or petrol" after paying a fortune, i had to send it back for washing. the other thing they can improve on is vegetarian cakes/sweets. the reception staff are really professional and great.

I Stayed here from the 9th -14th Sept 2011. Was put in room 507, rooms are nice and hotel staff helpful. No food is served in the hotel though and no running hot water if u like hot baths, at best tepid water. First day, I noticed a HUGE insect crawling on the couch, didnt find out till the last night that it was a bed bug. Becoz the Hotel GM admitted […] to me that they had a bed bug problem on the last night when they had to change my room due to the bed bugs. Couldnt sleep the last night coz the bed bugs bit me and my daughter all over. The GM's explanation was that "the guests bring the bed bugs but we fumigate every 15 days". Not a good enough excuse to me. if a hotel has huge bed bugs, it means its not clean. I killed 4 bed bugs in total, 3 on ourbed and 1 on the couch. that is 4 too many! This experience had my skin crawling for days. Other than this bed bug experience, this would have been the perfect hotel to go back to bcoz its right next to the Emirates Mall. Will upload pictures of the bed bugs on Trip Advisor as Expedia has no provision for pictures. Read more

I stayed with my grown son in the Auris Boutique Hotel for 5 days and rented the 2 bedroom suite. The only difficulty was finding the hotel. There are 2 other Auris properties within a few blocks. The service was very good and I appreciated the indoor complimentary parking, WiFi, and clothes washing machine. The bedrooms, lounge and kitchen were large […] and comfortable. Me and my wife spend months to choose a good place to stay in dubai and we choose auris boutique apartments due to its location from mall of emirates,check in took less then 5-8 mins,the apartment was very clean and big,all the staff we interact were always smiling,what we asked for was provided to us within mins,i dont know y people left so many -ve […] reviews. The best part was every morning,we took a walk to mall of emirates and then decide our plans for the day.Taxis are widely available or u can ask the bell boy to bring one,the staff was always willing to help,even at 1 am. We stayed there for seven nights,and on our last day when we were packing,and went to the mall for last minute shopping on our return we found out that the staff had cleaned the room without our permission,which made my wife very angry,otherwise i give the hotel 10 on 10. The hotel was very near The Mall of the Emirates. It only took a few minutes to walk there or Sharaf DG metro station which was 400m from the hotel. Staff were very helpful, pools was clean and area tidy. The hotel is very close to the mall of Emirates and a few minutes walk to the Metro station, good maintenance and very friendly staff. The rooms are cleaned every day unless you request otherwise. As a business man I rely on the internet as well as printing and scanning service of the hotel. The only downside of this hotel is the internet which is very […] slow , when you complain they will tell you to switch the router OFF and ON, the router is located behind the TV set and not a safe place to play with the electrical instruments!!! I requested the wire internet instead of WIFI , that was a bit better. The rooms are designed and furnished for tourist travellers only and there is nothing for business travellers, no desk or proper chair, so you will have to work on the dinning table which is not suitable as a work station. Great, location, perfect size apartments for families of 4. Very convenient location. Service needs a lot of improvement. And cigarette smoke travelling through airconditioning vents needs sorting. Need designated smoking areas rather than in rooms. Kids shouldn't breathe in smoke while they sleep.

This hotel is very good for the family that wans access to shopping and infra structure but still wants to be able have the children play and relax at the hotel once in a while. Situated only 300 m. from the Kempinski entrance to Mall of the Emirates. Metro is close by and taxis are easily available.

Positiv: Naehe zur Emirates Mall (ca. 150m) und zur naechsten U-Bahn-Station. Hotelteam sehr hilfsbereit. Fruehstueck reichlich und gut. Negativ: altmodische Moeblierung, sehr kleines Badezimmer, es waere an der Zeit, die Hand- und Badetuecher zu ersetzen.

Hotellet ligge meget tæt på et stort indkøbscenter med mulighed for at stå på ski. hotellet ligget desværre også tæt på motorvejen, så det kan man høre på værelserne.

Proche du métro et Mall of the Emirates. Très bien situé. Un peu difficile d'accès en taxi, à cause de travaux mais il suffit de demander à être déposer à Mall of the Emirates et c'est à 2 minutes à pieds. Pas loin de tout, bien situé. Hôtel satisfaisant, propre, et personnel sympas.
