30A Suites was beautiful and very clean and spacious me and my husband have decided whenever we are in Santa Rosa FL we will be staying in the 30A Suites. Friendly service and close to many places.such as shopping ,eating and beaches.l

Their office closed at 5, but they called us and gave us instructions to access the suite, which was more like your carefully tended, lovingly decorated apartment than a public hotel -- amazing for the price of the deal.

This hotel has nice, large rooms with plenty of in-room amenities. I liked that it had a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. I didn't need to use the washer & dryer, but I could see how that could be a benefit for someone staying for an extended vacation. The owner was very nice to help when asked, but there were many drawbacks for this hotel: 1) […] no housekeeping service. It would have been nice to have fresh linens every other day at least; 2) I checked in after hours, so that was a bit odd to not ever get a chance to meet someone face-to-face; 3) the wireless internet was intermittent or not accessible; 4) the security for the building seemed pretty lacking. It would have been nice to feel that the external door to the building wasn't accessible by just anyone (especially since it is so close to 30A); 5) I consistently did not have enough hot water for my showers. It would typically cut off after 10 minutes. I can imagine this would be fine in the summer months, but in the winter, it was a huge drawback; 6) I could hear the people in neighboring rooms fairly easily from the bedroom. If you're a 'light sleeper', I would consider staying elsewhere or on the top floor. I had pretty high hopes for this hotel considering the spacious and comfortable rooms, but it fell short in the details. Read more

We loved the area and the property was well kept. Close to the beach, walking paths, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend 30A Suites. We particularly liked that we had a full sized kitchen which was fully stocked. That was nice!!!

Nice apartment like room but the beds were horrible. We felt every spring. When the bed is marginally more comfortable than the uncomfortable pull out sofa bed...time to upgrade. Location great for visiting area or on business, not great if you want the beach to be conveniently close by.

This was one of the most beautiful places that my husband and I have ever stayed, and we are a military family. We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary and I wanted a nice quiet, romantic place for my husband and I to stay and be able to go and play golf, eat and just to relax, we found it at 30A Suites. I think we may have been the only ones staying there the week we stayed. It was not until the last day that we saw anyone else. The locks were keypads which was great so we didn't have to keep up with hotel keys. Check in was a breeze and there was complimentary water and wine in the fridge. I was initially disappointed with the lack of drawer space, […] but the closet was plenty large and I was able to hang most everything with the hangers provided. Be prepared to wash your towels in the tiny washer and dryer because there are not many provided and the rooms are not serviced like a typical hotel. This really is more like a condo than hotel. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Florida, none of which can compare to 30A Suites. The room was gargantuan! Yet the price was around the same as any other hotel near Destin or Santa Rosa Beach. But I can bet the rooms they offer are not as big as the one I had. Plus the kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil needed for a full meal.
