      The rooms which overlook the pool have a nice aspect, so long as there are not screaming kids. Internet is charged through a provider.

      Quite good except for: (1) Initially allocated & given the key to a room that was already occupied - quite an embarrassing experience (2) Basement carpark was like a labyrinth with no exit signage

      Hubby and I were on the Gold Coast for 5 days, we stayed at Vibe, Raddison and the Crowne Plaza. We moved around due to rates and some trips so kept ending up back on the coast. Our last night was at the Crowne Plaza and we wished all of our nights were there. The hotel has been remodelled and has fantastic clean, spacious and modern rooms which is always principle concern for me. The location is a bit out of the heart of Surfers which is a good thing and the staff were very very helpful. Our room even had a view of the ocean from the bed and we didn't pay for an upgrade or anything. After being at 3 other hotels plus seeing inside a few others I can honestly say book here you won't be disappointed!

      Thank God this was my 1st place I stayed in Surfers. No hassle, everything was wonderful and the parking was even lovier. My only gripe was the bed was a tad short for a 5'10 person and so-so comfry. My key was waiting for me upon check-in and the receptionist was really understanding. Things went really smooth! The other arrangements I've encountered In Surfers has been a serious bait and switch ordeal to the 11th hour.

    Situated near the beach in Broadbeach, Beach Haven At Broadbeach is close to Broadbeach Mall, Kurrawa Beach, and Pratten Park. Also nearby are Jupiters Casino and Surfers Paradise Beach.

    Property Features.
    Beach Haven At Broadbeach has outdoor tennis courts, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool. High-speed (wired) Internet access is available in public areas (surcharges apply). The staff can provide tour/ticket assistance and tour assistance. Additional amenities include a children's pool, a spa tub, and a steam room. Guest parking is complimentary. This is a smoke-free property.

    First impression was not great - we arrived prior to the check-in time and encountered the night groundsman (he was not equipped to handle customers and... in fairness that was not his job)! He did however allow us to store our luggage in a locable room,and true to his word, the office opened at 9.30am and the staff allowed us early access to our room. They were friendly and accomodating. Our apartment - although a little dated had the most fantastic of views. I strongly recommend strongly the beach side view as it is directly across from the beach and the view is spectacular. We hired the 3-bedroom apartment for a family of 6 and it was well and truly spacious enough for us all. The motel is also close to shops (groceries and retail) and a short walk to all the bus stops. The restaurants nearby are fantastic with huge amounts of variety both in price and in quality of food - especially with 4 kids who all like different things. The beach has life guard facilities directly across the road. I will be looking to stay at this motel on my next visit to the Gold Coast. It is close enough to all Gold Coast attractions but far enough away to maintain a quiet holiday if you wish. Strongly recommend this hotel for families or groups.
