We were not informed about closing time of the reception prior to our arrival. Getting into the apartment was therefore very complicated since we had... no cell phone and arrived after 6 pm. Parking was not in the same building as our apartment. This was very inconvenient since we had a lot of baggage that we had to carry around from one building to the other. The hotel was ok ,the parking arrangements were weird our unit was on the ground floor but you had to park at the other side of the complex,either walk up a set of steps,or take a lift to the reception level,walk past the pool area and up another set of stairs not just one or two but at least 10 or past the pool area , through another garage up a lift […] then to your unit not very user friendly and the numbers were all over the place good visitor parking though.there was no fan in the bathroom and all the vents were clogged with dust .Reception was not too helpful when you booked in giving you no real information just hand you the keys and tell you where to park . Well equipped kitchen, clean, close to shops, restaurants, marina and bay. Pool a little small for size of complex. Only negative was no car space available in the building where our appartment was situated which was inconvenient at times.

Hotel is very close to the town center, Restaurasnts and Marina. Great range of activities available at the Marina including Whale Watching, Boat Hire, Paragliding and Jet Ski Hire. Hotel Room was good and the Resort has all the conveniences including BBQ's, Pool, Foxtel and Gym.

we had 6 adults stay in a 3 bedroom apartment, there was enough room for us all, it was nice and close to the attractions we wanted... especially the food outlets the beds were a little hard for 5 of us, it was a nice stay

Fresh & clean smelling towels & linen; friendly & helpful staff; no-noise policy after 10 pm is overboard - got a knock on our door at 10:02 pm and was told to put down the volume of the TV. 'Had to whisper to my kids inside the apartment so as not to disturb anyone. The hotel is good for people who want to have a VERY quiet and relaxed holiday.

We have stayed in a few Hotels in the area & found the Mantra Aqua to be the best. The room was very spacious & all the decor was modern. The resort contacted us & advised that if we were arriving late that the keys would be in a safe at the gate, we entered our security code { supplied be the receptionist} a detailed letter guided us to our room, we […] opened the door to find that the room had it night lights on & the air conditioning was set to a comfortable 24 dec.This was great as it was only 10 dec. outside.
