I really enjoyed our stay. The room was great and clean. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We could not ask for a better experience. The hotel is very close to, within walking distance, to all we wanted to see. We would use this hotel again. Thanks.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fantastic area, designer hotel"
I picked this location for the neighborhood and was not disappointed! The gelato place in the same building didn't hurt either. I didn't read the details close enough and missed that they don't have parking, so be aware of that. Also, the room and bathroom were very, very nice, but didn't get any natural light, so if you need daylight you might want […] to check if they have rooms with better windows. "Perfect location in Santa Fe!"
Luxx Plaza hotel is in the perfect location, one block off the main Plaza, next to my favorite eating places, La Boca for one, and very well priced. The decor is lovely, a modern Asian-Southwest blend, very clean and comfortable. This will be my number one pick in Santa Fe from now one. Only 16 rooms though, and Alex, the Front Dest clerk is most helpful. […] parking is safe and convenient in the next door parking lot. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Out of all the places wqe stayed during our trip, the LUXX Plaza was by far the very best. The next time I travel to Santa Fe, I will be stayin here.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Stopped in Santa Fe on our way to Colorado. This is a great place to stay. Very different than your regular chain hotels. Room was extremely clean, comfortable & romantic. It's walking distance to the plaza and has a great espresso shop in front. Will definitely be back!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
we liked it very much. we would definitely stay here again. the room was small and didn't have a window but other than that, we really liked it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to Plaza"
iArrived early to Hotel Luxx asked for early check in but room were still to be cleaned. Front desk was able to set up parking in garage next door. After coming back to hotel for check in, had to wait for over ten minutes for someone to show up and staff Front Desk, never saw anyone working the front Desk after that. At check out, Sat morning, office/Front […] Desk lobby was locked up, so just slid parking garage key into mail slot. Hotel is easy enough to find and close to what we wanted to do for the 2 days in town. The room was nice looking and clean. Coffee pot did not fit coffee maker had to hold drip button on bottom of filter holder so the coffee would drain into pot. Good wifi connection in room. Exercise room where ice machine (dbl door refrig) was stank like someone dumped a load of dirty diapers in the trash cans, but with no one working the desk/lobby it wouldn't be discovered until later in the day. The hotel owners should consider having front desk/lobby manned on 24hr basis would make for faster check ins and check outs, people want to know that hey are being looked after when staying at a hotel, not a mail slot in the door. "What a Great Little Hotel!"
Stopped here overnight while on a road trip from Los Angeles to Texas. Needed a pet friendly hotel and this fit the bill perfectly. Front desk was friendly. Boutique style, decorated beautifully, very clean. Rooms are a little small, definitely a 1-2 person only room. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Sits behind a sushi bar, which was […] odd, but didn't affect the hotel. Parking cost an additional $25, but the meters are free after 6pm, so we were able to leave our car right in front overnight. Would recommend to anyone. Loved our stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient and priced right"
The atmosphere in the hotel is very Santa Fe, great artwork throughout. Overall it was a great stay, but little things add up - like the toilet paper holder falling apart, sloppy paint job on the ceiling and walls, light switch covers crooked, all add up to either a rushed, or just sloppy renovation. 3 cup coffee pot in a 5 cup coffee maker makes a […] mess... Not being able to use the AC during winter months makes sense, but when it's an 80+ day in May, it would have been nice to cool the room off a little... The staff was wonderful and accommodating. "Great Stay. Great Location. Great Deal"
I found a last minute room at this hotel while passing through Santa Fe. It's 50 yards off the main plaza, close to great places to eat, drink and people watch. The hotel is kind of a little boutique hotel. The room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. The front desk guy made me feel comfortable. "Funky but Fun"
Truly enjoyed our stay at the Luxx Plaza Hotel. It was downtown and yet not outrageously expensive. The decor was original, funky and fun. The parking is a bit tricky. Call and arrange for paid secured garage parking. Worth it. We had the two bedroom suite. The front room was a bit noisy as there didn't seem to be much insulation between the room and […] the hallway. Back room was quiet. It had fantastic soaps and lotion that smelled of lavender. Bring your own bottled water (wish they supplied that) I found the pillows a bit stiff, so if that's important, bring your own. I would stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Great boutique hotel located just off the square. May be a little harder to find at first, but we loved it! Rooms are nice and bathrooms large. Neat place with cool Santa Fe vibe. We will return!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the hotel is rather unconventional -- you must walk through some hallways to get to the check-in area. "Nice location, improvement opportunities though"
Excellent location, right in the heart of Santa Fe where all restaurants, galleries, museums and the plaza are. We got a noisy room, the water system from other rooms made a significant noise to disturb your sleep, the carpet needed replacement, the bed was hard. Prepare to pay extra 20usd + tax per day for parking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A wonderful experience on many levels"
This place bowled us over. It's clean, friendly, well-located and artistically decorated. Nice touches wherever you turn from keyless entry, real glasses and mugs, art work throughout, pocket door into the bathroom, shower with a window, sleigh bed and a private walkway to a private patio and the street. Even though parking is either on street meters […] or $20 in a ramp, and no breakfast provided, we can't wait to stay here again. (We found a meter easily, and have a delicious continental breakfast at the attached coffee house). This is a gem! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The Luxx Plaza Hotel is a wonderful gem in the heart of Santa Fe. The rooms are comfortably appointed and service is very pleasant and responsive. "location, location, location!"
This is the perfect place to be when seeing Santa Fe. Everything is a short walk from the hotel. There is no need to get the car out just to go parking place hunting. "The Luxx was perfect for a quick getaway"
We only stayed one night but that's all we needed! The Luxx was perfect for us. To start off it is just a five minute walk to the main plaza. We appreciated that because on the way to the plaza you pass by several shops and eateries that we would probably not visit since we usually stick to the usual hangouts when we visit. Now we have many more places […] to visit and excuses to return to Santa Fe. I can go on and on about the surrounding destinations but this is about the Luxx. It is nestled between and behind a deli and sushi restaurant which you have to go between via an indoor hallway to check in. If you're not careful you can pass right by as there is only a small wood sign that has Luxx on it. And that is fine by us because we hope it stays our little gem that no one finds out about! The staff was nice and courteous. Our room was clean and tidy upon our arrival and we were able to check in early. The parking is in a secured garage which is nice. For the smokers like us the outside smoking area is just a walk down the hall and also is a secured area. The only bad thing we can think of is we weren't able to have a longer stay! Thank you Luxx for making my wife's birthday a memorable one. We will see you again soon! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"The Good the Bad and the Funky"
First...GREAT location on Marcy St, a few blocks from the Plaza...great restaurants and stores just steps away. To get to this place, you have to walk back a winding hallway where there is a lobby that is often not attended. There is no one on the premises from 10 pm to 8 am, but you are given a number to call in case of emergency, as well as an alternate […] entrance through a gated alley and side door. There is no phone or clock radio. The bathroom is clean and stylish, but there is no shelf or counter so I had to put my toiletries on the floor. There is a fridge and a microwave in each room, but the coffee pot is on top, and so I had to stand on a chair to use it (it malfunctioned and water was everywhere.) The sheets were spotless, the bed was comfortable, the price was right. The staff was helpful and professional. Still, it would have been nice to have an early wake-up call, or a front desk that would be available 24/7. I feel I got my money's worth, but it was not as luxurious as it seems on the site. "Hotel is located in the Plaza area of Santa Fe."
Hotel is at a great location to SF plaza. Lighting in the room was horrible for women dealing with hair and makeup. Hotel did not tell us ahead of time that the parking was in a structure next door to hotel - for $25/day. There was no where to pull up in front of hotel to bring in luggage - nor were there luggage carts in sight. For the extra cost per […] night we could have stayed at a nicer hotel that included parking and threw in a free breakfast. "Amazing boutique hotel"
This hotel was stylishly decorated. I love the main lobby room with its high ceilings and tastefully decorated interior. The room is small but adequate, it was clean and comfortable. "Great spot in Santa Fe"
This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all that downtown Santa Fe offers. Walking distance to the plaza, restaurants, etc. Our room was nice, cozy. Bed was comfortable. Thermostat worked. I like the keypad locks so you don't have to worry about having a key on you.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
You would never expect a really nice hotel based on the entrance doors on Marcy Street in Santa Fe. But the somewhat hidden Lobby is somewhat charming and the room was wonderful: Clean, stylish, well equipped. We had cable subscription, blu-ray player, LED-TV, microwave with conventional oven, fridge. The room was large enough to fit a sizeable dog-bed […] with kennel and still have enough room to walk around the bed and the TV. We also liked that the door was a combination lock (keyless). That makes for less plastic in your pocket if you can remember four digits. I have to say that I will recommend the Luxx for everyone who wants a nice but affordable hotel close to the plaza. And it's a 'plus' that they have ECCO gelato and a nice sushi restaurant in the same building! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Santa Fe Stay"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the luxx hotel. What we especially liked was at the very entrance of the hotel was a great coffee shop and a really good sushi bar plus nearby was the plaza and all the great restaurants that surround the plaza. "Good Value for cost"
This downtown hotel is close to many attractions and governmetal offices and adjacent coffee shop and restaurant. However, you need to confirm your reservation in case they do not email you with the room number and pass word for the password keyed rooms. If you arrive late, beware. No signs or messages and the night auditor is not on site. There are […] no services. Parking is extra. When I arrived the room was not made up so they upgraded me to another room. "Terrific Staff; Great Location"
I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 a.m. and dropped in to ask about parking. Gustavo at reception showed me a room like the one I'd be in, and when I returned at 12:30 p.m., had already reshuffled room assignments so that I could move in my things right away. Gustavo discounted the parking fee and personally walked me to the parking garage to explain how […] to enter and exit after hours. Terrifically helpful and accommodating. The entrance to the hotel on Marcy Street is between a nice Asian restaurant on one side and a coffee/pastry shop on the other. While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, it is also very close to a French pastry shop and another restaurant on the plaza and other nice restaurants on Marcy Street. In fact, its location relative to the historic plaza could hardly be better. The room itself was very large and quiet, though a little dark, and was equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Provided in the bath are lavender-scented soft soap, shampoo, and body lotion. Other nice amenities are the DVD player, Internet-enabled TV, and WiFi. The queen bed was wonderfully comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time I return to Santa Fe. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Close to the Community Center"
The Staff were really nice, but how can a hotel not have an alarm clock, or a wake-up service? Also not everyone has wifi (most people do), but a cable connection opportunity would be nice. Otherwise, I have no problem with my stay there - the way we have to enter through the side of the hotel at night is a bit weird though.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"I absolutely loved this hotel!"
I have traveled to many hotels in the past but this one takes the cake! It first caught my attention bc of the price so I started reading the reviews and decided to book it. Once I got there and checked in the staff was so nice to me and gave me recommendations on resturants when I asked him where a romantic place to eat would be. Ok now the best part […] was my room! It looked like something out of a designer chic magazine! It was so beautifully decorated and made me feel like I was staying in a friends upscale bedroom, not the usual drab hotel rooms that we have all been accustomed to staying in. It was unique and the beds were so comfortable! The bathroom was just as nice with cute little dispensers in the shower filled with lavender shampoo, conditioner and soap. I give this place a 12 out of 10 and have already told all my friends going to Santa Fe to book here! You won't be disappointed Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
