My wife and I are traveling across Scandanavia and this stop in Copenhagen was wonderful. The hotel is what Americans should expect as the standard for a lower cost hotel solution with a smaller room and not a lot of frills. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower (which is larger than many comparable hotel shower areas), and the hotel was clean and orderly. The breakfast was great as well and included, as was free wifi, both of which are difficult to come by in much of Europe. The location was great with a short walk to Nyhaven and superb food as well as many of the other delights Copenhagen has to offer. Recommended hotel at a great value.

Great hotel for the price we paid. The breakfast was excellent, and the reception staff were very helpful. Close to trains and interesting parts of Copenhagen.

An interesting hotel in a great location. Just don't expect luxurious rooms and you'll be satisfied with the experience. In most US cities, other than NYC, this hotel would be regarded a 3 star. The art in the reception area is a nice touch but doesn't add much to the experience. If you want to enjoy art instead get out of the lobby and walk to Glyptoteket or Statens museum for kunst...

Very happy with our stay at the Marriott Copenhagen. The location was ok, not much to do in the immediate area, but not a far stroll for highlights. Beware the "special offer" to upgrade; it's not worth it, especially if you're there on a Sunday. The Sunday brunch is not included in the offer; the brunch is spectacularly delicious and expensive. Beware!The rooms are nice, the shower door does not seal the water, so expect a flood in your bathroom (typical Europe). Gorgeous front desk staff

"Overrated, and 1 bathroom for 8 people?!"

"Nice and inexpensive choice of accommodation"
I liked the atmosphere of this little hotel. The room was small but comfortable, clean and had flat screen tv. There were two big shared bathrooms. There was also a shared kitchen where guests could make tea and coffee (for free) and put their own food and drinks into fridge. "Nice B&B in classic, old apartment"
Rented a room for 3 days and was overwhelmed with the quality of the place and the general kindness of the host. When I arrived late, he called my phone and asked when I would be arriving, and we then touched base later again when I couldn't make it the first day. We stayed in Rent A Room for 3 days in a 3-4 room (don't remember) apartment off-season, […] so for the most part we had the entire apartment to our own. Our room was decorated with old-looking paintings, a huge bed, victorian furniture, etc. It was fairly classy for the price. Hardwood floors that creak a little. Kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, stove, washing machine, toaster, heating kettle, etc) and everything worked well. The bathroom was decent, washing machine and tumbledryer, average shower. Nothing fancy. Location is really good, buses take you right downtown and you can walk to Christiania and the nearest metro stop in about 10min. The neighborhood is a little run down, but there are lots of small stores, convenience stores, and a few cafes. The coffee shop right across the street is recommended. They have really nice rooms. The shared bathrooms were always clean and smelling fresh (due to the laundry dryer). The kitchen is small but is fully equipped, so one can use the fridge, cook, make coffee for free etc. Wi-Fi is a little bit slow, but works. The people are very frendly and helpful. This b&b was a positive surprise. It is a big apartment with few rooms and a kitchen. We stay very well here for the courtesy of the owner, the positon (20min walk for the center) and comodity. Mycket nöjd med vistelse i Amagerbrogade 12. Ägarna bor i nr 4, där de hyr ut några rum, och så hyr de ut fyra rum i lägenheten vi bodde i. Enda nackdel var att rummet vi hade (första rummet direkt till höger) luktade inrökt. Bra utrustat med diskmaskin+tvättmaskin+torktumlare+strykjärn m.m.
