    Rooms were small, no couch or love seat, no rollaway provided either for 3rd person, no comforter on the bed, pets are allowed but a large fee is charged and not mentioned until check-in. Staff was unpleasant. Not at all a pleasant "suite atmosphere". Will NEVER stay here again.

Check in was great, had a little problem with first rrom had a strang order, they were very happy to change our room for us. Beds and pillows were extreamly comfortable.     We were there on Thanksgiving so there were'nt many guests. The room was nice enough, however. there was a lack of dishes and eating and cooking utencils. There were 3 of us and only enough dishes for 2.

    The hotel was easy to find and it was a nice place. Clean. Friendly. Only thing I didn't like was how cool the pool was. It was rather cold, which isn't normal for hotel pools.

    Chose this hotel after seeing some not-so-complimentary reviews of other places in town. Was glad I did. Room was like a palace compared to many hotels because it's an extended night hotel. We only stayed one night. One of the cleanest places I've seen, and very quiet.

    The walls seemed freshly painted and everything was clean. The lady at the front desk was very helpful when assisting me in locating a place to eat dinner. Overall it was a smooth three day visit. I was close to everything I needed: my work location, shopping, and restaurants.

    The room was nice, king bed. BIG drawback---no room service. You had to go to front desk and trade your soiled towels for new ones. Stayed three nights, and trash cans were full. Internet service was poor to non-existant, unless you walked to front lobby to get connected.

    I really liked this hotel, the room was great, it was almost like a small studio apt. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to check out the pool. We were very pleased with the king size bed, it was comfortable. We will defiantly stay here next time we come to Cedar Falls, Ia.

    great kitchentte. Had to hold drapes back with shoes when A/C blowing so drapes didn't balloon out. No vent in bathroom. But other than those oversights, it was a beautiful place; would recommend to friends; and we'll return. Didn't use pool, but looked clean.

If this was my hotel, I would have a carpet cleaner to get those spots before it ruins the entire carpet.     This place is brand new, very nice & clean. Right in a sort of Industrial Park area, but a Target and Wal Mart and some restaurants & gas station near by. Very near the highway as well. Good place for a quick stay.

    Nice hotel at nice price. Note, no continental breakfast which we knew in advance. Room was good size and nicely appointed with everything needed for a short or a long term stay.

    My hotel room had very poor to no internet connection. I was staying there on a business trip and was unable to complete my work because of this. When I complained to the front desk they suggested that my room may have been too far from the main modem. However nothing was done about this. When finally I asked to be moved I was given and ethernet cord […] and assured this would fix the problem. However the internet connection was so bad that not even this helped. Do not stay here if you need to connect to the internet for any period of time...unless you want to sit in the lobby to complete your work (another useless suggestion from the front desk) Read more

    This hotel was nice, quiet and pretty clean. The only complaint would be that there were hardly any towels at the pool and it took the pool a long time to warm up in the morning.

    The hotel was clearly new which was very nice, but the rooms were a bit cramped with both a bedroom and kitchen. However, LOVED the kitchen and all that it allowed us to do. LOVED the grill outside as it was a great gathering place for our group. Was a bit frustrated with the staff however. I always had to "call" for someone even though they were right […] around the corner. We had an issue with a frisbee going on top of the entry way roof, and the manager never returned a call or did anything to clarify the situation and let the teenagers or college students who were working try to deal with it. We never had an opportunity to figure out a solution because she simply didn't respond and that left me with a very unhappy 10 year old boy who never wants to return to that hotel. Read more
