Nice friendly service, clean but over priced for the accomadations cost did not meet the expectations.
"Our Stay at Colonial Inn in Hammond La."
After reading reviews of Colonial Inn in Hammand LA. on 200 Seal Dr. and other neihboring Motels we decided to try it out. We stayed there for three days. We found Colonial Inn is very satesfactory the place was clean, everything organized, had a TV, Refrig and Microwave. It did not have all the aminaties other have but for the price you can not beat […] it. Staff are very curtious friendly and very accomadating. Continental breakfast was good the waffels were some of the best we ever eating which was made personnaly by one of the staff. The bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept in even compared to the most expensive motels. Any outside noise was quickly drowned out by use of air conditioner I would definatly stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone who looking for a decent price motel. Read more

"Convenient and basic"
The Colonial Inn in Hammond is a great, low-cost hotel for a one-night stay. We felt safe and comfortable. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and truck stops.
"OK for a one night stay"
We stayed here one night on the drive to New Orleans to get on a cruise. Easy access off I-55. Inexpensive room, but was clean. No frills, very basic.
