Beautiful view of the Caldera. Nice breakfast brought to your room every morning. Ever room has it's own table/lounge chair area. Everyone was very polite! We were nervous because we stayed at the Chromata next door for our honeymoon and wanted the same level of service. We got it at a CHEAPER price. We are very glad we chose icons for our stay. The view from the hotel is absolutely amazing and the whole ambience is very pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful giving us tips as to where to go and what to do and making all the bookings for us even for sunbeds on tbe first row at the beach. Many thanks to all of them for all […] their help. Our room had a huge private balcony with maybe one of the greatest views in imerovigli. We spent a lot of time there having our breakfast every morning and relaxing. A big advantage is that breakfast is served until 12.00pm and it can be brought to your balcony enjoying your privacy. Just check when you make the booking if your balcony is private as many of them are not in case this is important for you. Another advantage was that we were allowed to check out late as our flight was leaving at night without any charge and with no hassle at all which was very helpfull for us as this is not done by many hotels. Generally an excellent hotel with great staff. I would highly recommend it! Read more

Fantastic hotel. Strongly recommend it to couples and family (without young children). Greek friend recommended it first to us. I was not disappointed at all. The staff is very nice.

This hotel was very disappointing. Don't be fooled by the "JACUZZI". It's basically as bath tub in the bathroom, which doesn't even work. The hotel pool in tiny. The rooms are even smaller. Pictures are very misleading. This is not a 5star hotel. Seems more like a b&b.

We did not know what to expect from What we booked online. There was mixed reviews on the net about it but we took the risk and hoped for the best. Our room was interesting and comfortable and the views around the hotel are mind blowing. We had breakfast at hotel which was magnificent! The rooms were cleaned daily and the reception staff more than willing to offer us with information and tips on best places in santorini. ・デラックスジャグジーという部屋でしたが、シャワーは手で持たねばならず、ジャグジーが勝手に作動するなど難儀しました。 ・アメニテイーが十分揃っていない。 ・チェックアウトの際に、身に覚えのないオプションの請求を複数受けた。 ・とにかく時間にルーズ。朝食時間は滞在中、一度も希望時間に届くことはなかった。 ・静かに過ごしたい人にとっては、周辺環境は良いが、不便な場所ではあるので、できれば滞在中はレンタカーを借りて移動の足を確保したほうがよいと思います。 ・隣のオンザロックスのスタッフの方がきびきびしていました。
