When I booked this hotel, I didn't expect a whole lot from this hotel because it was so cheap. But after staying there for the entirety of my trip, I have to say that it was the best value for my buck. The hotel is conveniently located in District 1 right next to Binh Thanh Market. It's location makes it convenient to walk to all the tourist sites such as he War Museum and the Reunification center. The service was great and I would defiitely stay there the next time I go.

Rooms are very nice and roomy, and good location. They could improve on their service and maintenance. The phone did not work in my colleague's room which was inconvenient for wake up calls, etc. My room had the vanity light burned out. Also, had trouble with my key card and they were very slow in responding. Breakfast was okay, but had much better at other hotel we stayed at earlier in our stay. I do like their rooms so would probably give them another chance and hope that the service/maintenance issues were a one time thing.

I like the hotel. Breakfast was good . Had some new dishes everyday. The hotel was convenient to all. Fleas market is only two blocks away . Good to by some souvenir t-shirts. Make sure you bargain, t-shirt average price is 90 dong. The foot massage was good. You can print your email at the business computer and pick it up at the receptionist desk. The only thing is that they could not scan my document but that is a lot to ask for. Overall, I like it and would stay here again.

It was a great value given the price and condition of the hotel. The hotel is quite small, but it is very clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Very close to Ben Thanh Market, only a few blocks away.
Location.
Situated in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, New Pacific Hotel is close to War Remnants Museum, Tao Dan Park, and Reunification Palace. Also nearby are Jade Emperor Pagoda and Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica.
Hotel Features.
New Pacific Hotel has an outdoor pool, a steam room, and a sauna. Complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is available in public areas. Business amenities at this 4-star property include a business center, small meeting rooms, and a technology helpdesk. "Good hotel"
The hotel was good. Staff was friendly. Service was excellent. However, breakfast is the main weakness of the hotel. Food was of low quality.
"New Pacific Hotel in Saigon"
The room is very small. I don't think they wash the sheets and pillow cases after each guest's stay. I could smell the hair gel on the pillow. Breakfast was good. This should be a 3 star not 4 star hotel.
"Not for us"
Hotel was ok, room was crowded with oversize furniture, pool is much smaller than picture makes out. Location halfway between airport and district 1. Would stay in District 1 next time to save time spent in taxis.
"Dishonest personnel!"
I arrived at the hotel around 10 am and asked to get the cheapest possible room. I was told that they only had a few of their most expensive rooms available that day. In stead of just accepting, I went on to this site and made a booking (there were plenty of rooms left in all price categories). Not a good start. I has chosen this hotel because it has […] a pool. "AWFUL"
I've travelled a lot, in plenty of different locations. This is not a 4 star hotel at all. -The internet wasn't working -The personnel was either cheking facebook or sleeping on their desk -The breakfast was made from probably the same food as the last week (eggs were green, bread as hard as concrete) -On the 11th floor there's a "massage" center, […] where the girls have way too much make up on, and the shortest silk skirt you could imagine. Clearly, not there to make your back&neck feel less tensed. -The room are super tiny, the windows are super small with not much light coming through. It's extremely noisy. -The personnel do not care at all if you go and complain to them. It's probably the worst place i've been to on earth. We left after the first night even though we paid for 2.. "Not a good experience"
Stayed with my 2 sisters...charged 50% more for a third person. No sheets on the beds, pillows hard as rocks as well as the beds. I know beds are generally firmer but at this rate you expect a more comfortable bed and defiantly sheets! We choose this hotel specifically for the pool and when we got there they were doing construction so we couldn't even […] use it. Used the massage and tried to come back to do our sauna and steam and they wouldn't let us unless we paid again, even though we asked before we got our massages. The door man got us a taxi and told us to only use this company and we were charge triple! He must get a kickback. The customer service was not very accommodating to our needs although everyone is very friendly. Would not stay there again...at any price. There are so many better hotels. Read more
Firstly, I am really apologize for this inconvenient . The time when you stayed at our hotel, our hotel was renovating .Now, our hotel has finished the renovation . So I hope that we can serve you better in next time. Beside that, now our hotel also supply free airport transfer service and shuttle bus to the attractive points of Ho Chi Minh City such as war museum , Ben Thanh market, Diamond plaza and café central at district 1. Detta hotell ligger i district 3, dvs nästan mitt i centrum. Nyrenoverat och rent, trevlig frukostmatsal med buffe högst upp. Roomservice och restaurang serverar god mat, prova revben eller krabbrullar. Rummet vi fick var mindre än på bilden , Premium de luxe, men allt fanns med så det gick ju inte att klaga. Extra kuddar gick att få men inte nattygsbord. […] TV med hyfsat utbud, internet funkade sedan hotellet skickat upp pickolo. De mötte med namnskylt på flygplatsen, 20 usdr men det kan det vara värt. Good quality Hotel... probably three stars in European standards. A bit far of from the sights of the city though. The pool is very small and cold and no one seems to use it. Do not use the laundray service if you dont want to pay $25 for just a few t-shirts. Do NOT book tours or sightseeing from the Hotel. L'hotel est très bien tenu Belle qualité des chambres et de la literie Personnel très à l'écoute et très sympathique Belle vue panoramique du 7eme étage avec une piscine sur le toit. Salon de massage et Spa très bien Quartier un peu bruyant (klaxons, circulation) mais c'est partout pareil à HCMC À recommander

Das Hotel liegt etwa 3 Kilometer vom bekannten Ben Tanh Markt entfernt. Das heisst, man braucht immer ein Taxi. Diese sind zwar billig, die chaotischen Verkehrsverhältnisse kosten aber viel Zeit. Grosse Zimmer in typischen VN Stil eingerichtet, komfortabel und ruhig. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr klein aber die Sicht über Saigon herrlich. In der unmittelbaren […] mgebung hat es unzählige restaurants, unbedingt das Leibgericht "PHO" essen. Das ist die typische Nudelsuppe, geschmackvoll und günstig. Wir besuchten auch den waterpark um wenigstens einen Tag ein bisschen abzukühlen. Eine Flussfahrt am Abend mit Essen oder Drinks ist auch ganz angenehm. Read more

Första rummet hade hål i väggen vid elkontakt samt mycket bullrigt, omöjligt att sova på natten. Vi fick dock byta till ett rum högre upp som var tystare. Personalen talar praktiskt taget ingen engelska. Dålig frukost, t.e.x ingen yoghurt, i övrigt rester från gårdagens buffé.

Hotel 4**** situé un peu loin du centre ville à pied ( 2,2 km ) mais au prix raisonnable de la course en taxi en moyenne de 2 à 3 € on peu se permettre de prendre ce type d'hotel.Le mobilier en bois massif fait un peu rustique et sombre dans les chambres. Das Hotel liegt im District 3, ca. 3 km von den touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt ( ca. 2 EUR Taxigebühren) - aufgrund der geringen Taxikosten in Vietnam absolut kein Problem; der Service ist sehr gut ... vom Housekeeping wurde das Zimmer am frühen Abend ein 2.
