Four Points by Sheraton Houston Hobby Airport

I was highly surprised regarding this hotel. Rooms, baths and I will definitely look for this same name whenever I book again.

the rooms were very clean and staff friendly. great barbeque restaurant within walking distance. downfall is no free breakfast, and online says shuttle will take you within a 5 mile radius but it actually will only take you to airport and back. i did not rent a car while there so was basically stuck in hotel all day.

Stayed two nights here. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Staff was friendly. My one complaint is the $9.95 continental breakfast for cereal and milk and a few fruit. Other than that, it's a great value!

I was misled in regards to having two rooms connected by a shared door. After making the reservation with Hotels.com I called the hotel to confirm the two rooms would be connected by a shared door. The two rooms were prepaid and it seems to me that they should know if the rooms were connected. By prepaying, I should have received the two rooms that […] were connected. But no, upon arrival, they had already given the connecting room to a different guest. I had prepaid for that connecting room and they gave me a different room that was not connected. And there were not many guests, by their own admissions. What gives? Read more

This is my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely use it again. The food is home cooked and very affordable. The hotel is an easy commute to down town Houston, without the high price that comes along with a down town hotel. The staff are friendly, courteous and remembered me from my last visit, which was very welcoming. Pros: professional front desk staff, nice bar, comfortable beds. Cons: cleanliness called into question when I found a dirty wash cloth in the bath-9room. Inexcusable to be overlooked. Taking of a $50 incidental charge to be refunded after stay. The refund takes a week to post. Until then you are liable for the interest on the charge.

It's a smaller hotel but very modern and nice. It's contemporary feel makes it snazzy. It has free internet and wifi, with free printing from their office/business area. All new equipment, wireless mouse and touchscreen hp monitor for business area/center. Bar and dining area for breakfast. Flat-screen wall mounted tv in my room, free morning paper. […] for less than $100 a night. Only downside is the location is close to the freeway with cars zooming loudly by. I checked in late on a Thursday night with a king suite. They gave me room 425 and the highway was just TOO LOUD. That said, I DO live in the quiet quiet country so am a bit sensitive. Called the front desk and they were VERY accomodating. He gave me a key to (I think it was) 332 or 323 so I could go check it out. How nice! It was GREAT. This hotel is a good value considering its convenient location a few miles south of Downtown Houston along the Gulf Freeway (45). The hotel has the feel of a 4-star facility but a much more down-to-earth price.

I stayed here midweek when all the downtown hotels were booked out, and was pleasantly surprised. The property was opened in September 2011 and shows it. Staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew were well-trained, friendly, and ready to help. There was a good range of food for breakfast. This hotel is convenient to Hobby Airport in Houston. Don't spend money getting a cab to the hotel, they can pick you up. It was a comfortable stay and staff was friendly.

Everything was great except room allocation. The front desk guy gave me a King size bed when i booked 2 queens on hotels.com. He didn't mention that we got a King's size bed and when we found out he told us he doesn't have any rooms with 2 queen bed. Very nice hotel. The staff was very courteous. The only thing I hated was the doors were super loud when kids would slam them shut. And the area where the hotel is located is not the best. Otherwise I was extremely pleased and impressed with this hotel.

The only downside to the rooms is that there isn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room, so storing and heating up leftovers is a bit of a chore whereas I had to ask the staff to heat up my food. Excellent hotel and staff! Super clean rooms, really great beds, loved the small cafe for breakfast and dinner. Really convenient for quick traveling. Ask for a room on the opposite side from the interstate. I could hear the traffic noise during the night.

After arriving in Houston, I called the hotel for the airport shuttle(several times), but never got an answer. When finally I took a cab to the hotel, the front desk person casually said "the phones are probably out". No "sorry", nothing. Rest/Bar staff were very unorganized and disinterested in being there. Room was clean, but the next morning, after […] getting out of the shower, I realized, there were no large shower towels. After calling the front desk, they said it would probably be 10-15 minutes before they could get any up to me. I will never stay at this hotel again. Lentokentälle pääsi sujuvasti aamulla. Huone oli amerikkalaishotelliksi pienehkö. Viereisen moottoritien äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen, mutta ei liian häiritsevästi, sillä ikkunaan oli laitettu lisäeristyslasi. Aulabaari oli plussaa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja asiallista.
