Good value for money, good accommodation
"Our Favorite Place to Stay in T.O."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.
"An excellent hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

Although the hotel service was very good and the location was central and very convenient, a main issue with the hotel was that the room was VERY small. No writing desk or even much room besides the bed and a small night table. I would not return to stay. However, I can recommend the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent.
"Glenerin Inn, a great experience"
We chose this hotel as it was different and my husband was scheduled for surgery at a local hospital the next day. It was delightful. Upon release from hospital a few days later, doctor told us we should see him early the next morning. We live 2 hours away, so went back to the Glenerin & they bent over backwards to make arrangements for us. A beautiful […] inn with great staff. Read more

"Glenerin Inn - very quiet and relaxing"
This inn has huge potential and in need of an upgrade in some parts of the hotel, especially the lounge and hall ways that smelled. A bar in the lounge or lobby would be a great addition. Looks like it would be a good fit for conference, corporate events and weddings. Our room was very nice and quiet with a lovely view.

"glen erin inn mississauga, peace and quiet"
perhaps the best thing about the glen erin inn is its distance from major highways. while not inconveniently placed between the QEW and 403 and not far from 401, the inn is nestled in the credit valley and surrounded by trees and quiet. no transports, no sirens, no traffic. the inn is older and almost quaint, the rooms perhaps smaller but clean, neat, […] comfortable and very pleasant. "Nestled in beauty"
The old stone home comes complete with a carriage house. It is a beautiful heritage home nestled in the heart of Mississauga. The entrance way and the main living room have amazing stone walls. Our room was small but there are larger rooms and suites. Several have fire places in them. Service is great. It is near the university but in a quiet residential […] neighbourhood. I would stay again. A great choice for anyone. Read more
"Glenerin Inn in Mississauga, Ontario"
My co-worker and myself stayed at the Glenerin Inn due to it's location to a planned work event. The work event was moved which made the hotel no longer convenient for two non-drivers. We need one accessible room and one standard room. Their idea of accessible is to provide a hand-held shower head, that's it. The doorways would not be wide enough for […] a wheelchair, the person still needs to manage to step into the tub over a 12" rise, would need to be 5'5" or taller to reach the hand-held shower head. My co-worker is maybe 4'4" tall and wears a leg brace. This was not as fully accessible as it should be, or could be. We woke up the second morning to no running water at all. The front desk button on my telephone did not work so I went to the front desk only to be answered to in a rude manner by the male staff member working that morning. When I told him he did not need to speak to me in that tone, he simply shrugged his shoulders and continued to walk away. We paid a lot of money for what we thought was going to be a convenient hotel and a charming place to stay. It was neither. Not even a tuck shop of any kind within walking distance to it for pop or water. Instead you could order from room service and pay $8.00 for two bottles of water -- warm water too. They had removed their vending machines so unless you drive, you had to use room service and deal with their costs. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not! Would I recommend it anybody? Absolutely not? Read more
"The Glenerin Inn is lovely in appearance"
The Inn is quaint looking and is situated on beautiful grounds. The main floor is charming. The hallways are dirty, everything needs a thorough cleaning. Our bedroom was small and crowded and also needed a thorough cleaning. The front desk staff were unknowledgeable. We asked for room service for the morning and were told to call catering, we did and […] left a message. Breakfast did not arrive, apparently there isn't room service, surely the front desk personnel could have told us and we could have planned our morning differently. Read more
