The Convent Hotel is located on one of the main streets in Amsterdam and within easy walking distance to the Centraal Train station and Dam Square-so public transportation is a snap. The hotel is well kept and the staff is very friently. The one complaint about the staff is that they do not seem very knowledgeable about typical tourist activities in Amsterdam and we didn't find a concierge staff member to help with some of our questions. Our booking through hotels.com did not include the breakfast, which looked wonderful and was expensive, so we found a lovely little care within a block or two from the hotel for our breakfasts. Lots of tours seem to use the hotel, so the staff is very comfortable speaking in English with everyone.The entrance to the hotel faces the very busy street, but the rooms are all in the back of the hotel and are very quiet. We enjoyed our stay. I would suggest trying to get the breakfast included in the hotel price.

The hotel was clean, nice, the staff friendly and helpful, especially the Concierge. The location was great, within walking distance of many restaurants, and things to see in Amsterdam.

excellent location to the airport, service was excellent. Great to have a real "walk in" shower!

"Kuwadro B&B in Amsterdam - a home away from home"
Kuwadro is perfect for two couples going away together, as it is an apartment with two bedrooms and allows for a lot of independence. It looks wonderful and everything works fine. All in all, the perfect place to stay! You are at the heart of this beautiful city, within walking distance of everything and in a neighborhood that never sleeps! "Kuwadro B & B Amsterdam"
The place is flat on the top floor of a typical Amsterdam terrace house. There are 2 guest rooms plus a kitchen / breakfast room. The shower and WC are shared between the two rooms. The place has been tastefully refurbed with plain plaster walls and waxed wooden floors. It was spotlessly clean. The hosts met me on check in and check out and were friendly […] and welcoming. Breakfast was typical Dutch - a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, fresh bread, cereal, eggs, coffee and juice. Not top luxury but a nice haven just off Dam Square in the heart of the city. Ideal for two couples if you can book out the whole place, but still fine if you just have one room as the place is aimed at people who are reasonably civilised. The stairs mean this would not be suitable for the less physically able. Read more

Goed B&B op een leuke drukke locatie in Amsterdam. Keurig verzorgd en onderhouden. Gastvrije, vriendelijke eigenaar. Als enig minpuntje: het gemis aan verse broodjes bij het ontbijt.
