"Simple clean room"
Nice breakfast spread, with excellent view of Goreme from upstairs. Quiet and close location to centre of Goreme. Manager Yusuf organised tours for me at the last minute. No cave rooms, but simply appointed rooms - with large bathroom/Genuine Expedia guest review

Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Tucked away at a great location - but lacks the experience"

If you're coming to Cappadocia, you will be advised to take the cave hotel experience. It is not without merit - because you can get a hotel like Vallerypark at a nice location, barely 200 meters from the bus stop but you won't get the same experience. Price-wise, it was just about alright and the rooms were archaic but clean. The owner is a very nice man - having been a former hot air balloon pilot. Had we not booked earlier with Royal Balloons, we would have perhaps gone with his advice. Overall, the stay was comfortable - they also have a decent breakfast laid out in a nice roof-top lounge and a small parking area to keep your hired vehicles.
"Good place to stay."
PROS: I stayed in the 10-bed dormitory room for the first night. The hot water was not working in the bathroom so the owner kindly moved me into a triple room with ensuite for the rest of my stay for the same price as I paid for the dormitory bed. The room was very clean, beds very comfortable and very quiet at night so I had a good sleep. Buffet breakfast is very good and views from terrace is fantastic. The owner has 2 dogs and several puppies who are entertaining to watch and play with. CONS: The bathrooms in the dormitory were clean but the bedsheets were on beds were not changed from the previous guests' use and the room was not clean. The bed mattresses were also old and worn out and I suspect that cleaning and maintaining the dormitory is not a priority for the hotel (as I have seen in most hotels/ hostels in Turkey. The owner Yusuf is friendly and helpful but sometimes got impatient with me because he thought I asked too many questions. His brother and co-manager Ali was less willing to help and I had the strong impression that he doesn't enjoy his job and tourists very much. Overall it is a good place to stay if you stay in a room in the hotel and not in the hostel dormitory. The dogs maybe a problem if you don't like animals.
"Nice rooms, nice service, everything was perfect"
I was staying 3nights 4days. It conveniently located for sightseeing and near bus terminal just 5min by walk. The hotel facilities was so good and rooms also very clean and nice! There is a fine view from the window. If i have a chance, I would like to visit again!
"Great value and relaxing place to rest after a busy day in Cappadocia"

Really enjoyed my stay here - I am a backpacker and have been traveling for 11 months or so. Valleypark hotel was a great place to rest my head after 6 busy days in Cappadocia. I liked the hotel and Cappadocia so much that I ended up staying 6 nights instead of my originally planned 4. Yusuf and the entire staff are all really friendly and helpful. I stayed in the dormitory all 6 nights - it is a great value for the money and is not crowded. Wifi works great, and I got a good nights rest each night in the cool room - the beds were also comfortable. Though I was traveling by myself, this is also a great place for families and couples - the ones I talked to had also really enjoyed their stay. Breakfast is also good, every morning 8-10, with a great view from the terrace over the town of Goreme. If you wake up early enough (6-630) you have a great view from terrace of all the hot air balloons rising up from the town. A quick walk from the bus station but they will pick you up if you call in advance. Whether a family, a couple, or a backpacker, I would recommend Valleypark for your stay in Goreme!
Great service. Yusuf, the owner was really helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Location was great with amazing views. We felt at home and we were also able to have a shower later that afternoon once we had already checked out, which made our 10 hour bus trip easier. We would definitely recommend ValleyPark. Two-sugars-a-dream!
"Excellent value for money"

Stayed 2 nights here and would stay here again, friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast. The location is about 2mins from the town center up a slight hill and has great views across goreme from the terrace. Rooms were basic but spacious and most importantly clean. This was one of the cheapest when we booked and definately great value for money.

"Great Stay in Goreme"
05/25/13 PJTNZ New Plymouth, New Zealand
We recently spent 5 nights at Valleypark and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but very close to the town centre and there are some good restaurants close by. (Reccommend Cappadoccian Cuisine)The views from the top deck are amazing, especially in the early morning (5.30 am) when you can see all the hot air balloons. The rooms are basic but comfortable and there is plenty of hot water for showers. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated close to the entrance to Pigeon Valley. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Yusuf and thanks also to your great staff.
"Great location, friendly owners"
05/23/13 Kevin J Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
The hotel is located on a hill on a side street in Goreme, which makes it close to the town as well as nice views. The owner Yusuf is a very down to earth guy and he made us feel very welcome for the two nights we stayed there. The rooms are clean and tidy and you get a private and shared bathroom. Definitely recommend to anyone.
