PROS: -- The cleanliness of the smoke-free rooms was nice -- Cleaning staff DOES respect the DO NOT DISTURB light, so I really appreciated that -- Food, especially room service, was pretty decent CONS: -- Like every other hotel in India that I've stayed at, the staff has an annoying habit of CONSTANTLY asking "How is your stay?", "Room ok?", "Food ok?", […] etc. After two weeks of CONSTANTLY being asked the same questions by the same people, it passes the point of annoying. Especially when they call your room at odd hours just to ask if your stay is ok. -- Several rooms have design flaws which make it near impossible to shower without causing a flood in the bathroom and elsewhere. BE VERY CAREFUL -- The acoustics are quite annoying in two major areas: 1) The walls between rooms have MAJOR noise bleed. You can hear your neighbor's TV better than yours, when their phone rings it sounds like it could be your phone, etc. 2) The hotel has an open atrium style center restaurant w/ no ceiling for six floors up. Most of the guest rooms are directly exposed to the atrium so the sound echos and travels all the way up. At 4am when they're setting the tables for breakfast, you can hear every "clink" of the silverware and dishes. I have to thank the staff at the Ramada, as they are simply brilliant. Kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They made our stay for 7 days at the Ramada fantastic. If i were to list everyone who was good it would look like the staff roster.The only one improvement is the seal on the shower. but i guess i am being picky, as the house keeping team always […] gave us extra towels to ensure the bathroom flor was dry. The rooms are huge and well cleaned, and the breakfast is just right. I felt very much looked after, and would always come back to stay when i am in Gurgaon. The hotel is brand new, and very very pleasant - especially after a few weeks backpacking! The manager went far out of his way to make my stay enjoyable, and it was spotlessly clean. Maybe half an hour's drive from the airport - arranging the transfer directly via the hotel kept the cost down to about 1000 rupees, which was well worth it.
