Only problem was that we were given a room that had a thin connecting door to the room next door so we could hear everything they were saying. The hotel was full so we couldn't switch rooms.

The hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of Morgantown, but close enough to get there within minutes. Resort was nice with the amenities included of pool, fitness, suana and gold, however due to the short visit and activities we had going on unable to use them. Rooms seems a liittle dated and it would have been nice to have a fridge & microwave in room, even thou not stated there was. Cheapr hotel we stayed in previous night at least included those. Room was comfortable, but the housekeeping was lacking. Very little toilet paper on roll and no addition roll left. Housekeeping took away used towels on first day and did not replace them or coffee supplies. Found that the be annoying for such a nice place.

We have a son who attends University of West Virginia. We have stayed at the Best Western everytime we have gone down to visit him. It is minutes away from the University, close to Pizza Al's-best pizza around!!! and there's a gas station right across the street if you want snacks. The price is right and the staff is always friendly. Breakfast is OK, nothing to write home about...it fills your stomach is included and the coffee is good.

No complaints! My husband and I stayed in this hotel after a WVU football game. It was located right next to a restaurant, gas station, and interstate. Very convenient location and very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful.

We enjoyed are stay. the front desk was very helpful answering our questions, providing suggestions of activities. The hotel is a little over 1 year old and has been kept extremely well. Room as clean and the bed was very comfortable. We definitely stay at the hotel the next time we are in the area.

The hotel itself is great and the room we had (King Suite) was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the staff we ecountered was totally a different story. We had troubles at check-in with our room not having a sleeper sofa (which the ad said it did) and the lady checking us in didn't seem to care or have any way of solving the issue. It came down […] to us making her call her boss to get a solution. The help didn't get much better in the morning either. The guy working the desk seemed more interested in getting his smoke break then helping someone at the front desk. We were in the area for a wedding at Tygart Lake. We had friends stay at the Super 8 and Clarion (both nearby). We scoped out both hotels out and the Holiday Inn Express was the BEST BY FAR. We had a beautiful hotel, only 1 year old, with an elevator. The rooms were brand new with white linens and white goose down comforters. Very clean. The staff was […] OVERLY FRIENDLY. All of the staff spoke to us and went out of their way to speak to us. By the time we left, we felt like we knew the staff personally. There was a very nice pool and hot tub. It was nice to watch the kids in the pool through a wall of glass windows while we sat in the buffet/lounge area and used the wifi. The pool is open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. so the kids used it a lot. Also a nice fitness center with t.v. After swimming, the hotel provided free hot chocolate and cookies. The regular queen room had a refrigerator and microwave, and even plates and silverware. Nice hotel: clean, convenient, etc. Only complaint? The room darkening curtains don't cover the window completely, so that lets lots of street lighting in, which affects sleep, unfortunately.

We have stayed at this chain of hotel before and have really enjoyed the experience. The only negatives this time which put my wife off were that we found a half eaten cookie and a sock under the foot stool. We didn't bother reporting it as the rest of the room was very clean.

This was a quick one night stop over but the staff made a great impression. Very friendly and very helpful... The rooms were very large and clean. All the furnture and bathrooms fixures were like new. The free breakfast was adeaquate at best, but nothing you wouldn't experience at similar hotels elsewhere. I would go back!

Very nice and good price. The entire hotel was very clean. Very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and towels in the bathroom. Good breakfast buffet friendly staff. I just cant say enuff how impressed I was with this place. My family and I will most definily stay here again.

Our visit was on the first day that they opened. The computer problems were overcome and they had a few other bugs to work out like TV remote control and the doors not opening smoothly. All in all it was understandable and we look forward to using it again upon our next visit.

The hotel was good. Walking distance to resturant (Cracker Barrel). Hot Tub and Pool were good as advertised. Only problem was the inability to print a reciept as we were leaving. I wonder if this was to do with our booking through Expedia rather than direct. This took time and in th end they will have to mail it. We hope!

very frustrated with the map given. gps would not take us to hotel. spent 30 min. stopping and asking where hotel was. need sign at end of road. night clerk greeted us in t-shirt--poor impression--breakfast good, room clean and nice.
