i was on a businees trip. It took three hours bus ride from Mexico City airport so it was nice that the hotel is less than 10 min ride from bus terminal. Hotel & personels is nice and pleasant. The gym and lap pool was clean & beautiful...i use it everyday! Breakfast & lunch is pricey but fair for business traveler....you actually don't have much choice...no […] restaurant in walking distance as this hotel is near a freeway and up a hill. I would recommend this hotel for business. Taxi to town central was $50pesos. Don't pay more than that. Read more

"Modern Hotel, Location a bit Remote"
Casa Inn is a new hotel, with modern design, very clean, and everything works quite efficiently. The staff was okay, not as efficient as at a typical hotel in the U.S., but they tried their best. Restaurant was good for breakfast, limited menu for lunch & dinner. "Casa Inn Hotel not so good"
It was a little dissapointing, the regular price showed seemed to be for a better hotel but it is not. The pool was out of service, the front desk service was cold and a little grouchy.

Hotel bellisimo, empleados super agradables. Lo unico que fallo en el check in fue la falta de avisar que tenian shuttle service. Pedimos taxis para salir al centro de Queretaro y el shuttle no fue offrecido. Aparte de eso el Hotel es espectacular. En general bien, dos comentarios; sòlo tienen un carrito para maletas, deberìan tener por lo menos 3 y mas botones, el bussines center no es eso ,no hay privacidad, ni siquiera tiene donde sentarse y no sep uede imprimir desde las ùnicas 2 computadoras. no hay nada alrededor del hotel y no tienen tienda, aspirinas, toallas femeninas, dulces, revistas, […] periòdicos, etc y no tienen ese servicio. es un hotel bussines y las entradas y salidas de los huespedes son inusuales por lo mismo deberìa poner un menu de 3 ò 4 cosas de room service de 24 hrs. si no se pide a las 11:00 p.m. se qudan sin comer y sin tienda que se hace?, fuera de eso todo esta bien. El hotel Casa Inn de Queretaro es maravilloso, está limpio, nuevo, de muy buen gusto. el área de la alberca está pequeña pero muy bonita y tiene una vista impresionante. La atención y los alimentos en el restaurante fueron de primera. Lo recomendamos mucho.

"Trato exquisito e instalaciones de primera"
Salvo por el hecho de que el hotel está alejado del centro histórico el resto son todo ventajas. Sin embargo cabe decir que deje el auto estacionado en el hotel y ellos mismos me llevaron al centro histórico, por lo tanto no fúe ningún problema que estuviera ubicado lejos del mismo. Sin duda voy a repetir ahí en mi próxima visita a queretaro.
