We enjoyed the room, and the location. There is a museum, salsa club and a restaurant right next to the hotel. La candelaria is about 10 blocks away. Every sunday carrer 7 is closed for bikers and joggers called ciclovia. We stayed over the weekend and joined the ciclovia on sunday to do some running with the locals. You should give your clients the same rate for an extra night and not double the night rate. The beds were to close to each other and one to the wall. Otherwise it was a great place to stay with very friendly service.

The hotel seems relatively new and is still in great condition. Rooms are small but well equipped and well maintained. Hotel has a beautiful lobby/restaurant area. The hotel is surrounded by some good restaurants, the Museo Naciónal, and basic shopping. The prices are very reasonable for Bogotá. I highly recommend the Ibis Museo Bogotá.

pleasant stay overall. Area was safe and well guarded. However, the double occupancy accommodations were not very comfortable. The beds were tiny and not very comfortable. Considering price, no complaints at all. Breakfast is about $7, buffet, very good. Staff very helpful. Construction outside is only downfall. Across from Museo Nacional, about 15 min walk to Museo del Oro. Wifi worked fine. Newer construction so hotel is in good shape. Decent bar and restaurant menu, fairly priced. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When we asked about a tour to the Salt Cathedral, they quickly directed us to someone who could bring us there. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was within 15 minutes walking to major sights in Candeleria. The hotel is also close to many good restaurants.

We were referred to the Ibis Museo Hotel by a friend living nearby so it was convenient for visiting each other as we came in and out of Bogota over a 2 month period. We found the hotel staff welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are modern, small but efficient and were adequate for our needs. We liked the laminate flooring (we avoid carpeted rooms), […] the bed was comfortable, a comforter is most welcome rather than heavy blankets. There is no heat so one must ask the desk for a heater if a cold spell in Bogota. We also used it to help dry some hand washing. We occasionally had a problem with a bathroom sink plug not working and also the key card not working and having to be reconfigured. Breakfast in the lobby was good (additional cost) with bright surroundings. We liked the ambience of the national museum next door, a beautiful building and found many restaurants, shops, banks nearby. Taxi's were inexpensive to go to other attractions close by and we often walked. I understand ibis hotel guests can use the pool at the hotel across the street for a small fee, we didn't as too busy! No tienen room service, obligan al cliente a comprar hasta la botella del agua en la cafetería del primer piso, lo cual sería aceptable, si le informaran al huesped al momento del check-In y no cuando uno ya está agotado y en modo sueño, en la habitación.

Il est marqué dans l'hotel que si il devait y avoir le moindre problème, il sera réglé en moins de 15 ou 30 min, je n'ai pas eu à l'utiliser car tout s'est bien passé.Petit point à améliorer, il fallait régler le petit déjeuner tous les matins avec de la prendre. Buen día, la estancia en el hotel fue buena, pero la atención de los empleados muy regular, sobre todo en el Restaurante. hay que llamarlos para que le lleven la carta de menús, no están pendientes cuando uno llega al restaurante. Achei este Ibis muito bom. O quarto apesar de pequeno(padrão Ibis) era novo ou muito conservado e muito limpo. Não sei se o hotel estava vazio, mas estava muito tranquilo. Um ponto positivo para este Ibis é o restaurante. Comemos um filé delicioso! O pessoal simpático e os garçons atenciosos. Enfim, fiquei muito satisfeito com o hotel.

Excellent hotel, I stayed 4 days and will return for other 4 soon. Staff is very kind and helpful, rooms new, spacious and clean. They provide a small heater in case one feels cold. Only thing the air con was on even if outside it was 15* but I guess this is How it goes, Thumbs up for this hotel!
