Very clean and comfortable place. Try to avoid the fourth floor if you are noise sensitive. There seems to be machinery on the roof creating some constant noise. Still very good place for the money.

This hotel is located an easy walking distance to the Inner Harbor area and Fell's Point section. Parking ($15) is available next to the hotel. Very clean and comfortable, with a very pleasant and professional staff.

This is a remodeled warehouse. Rooms are spacious and modern. Had the suite with the whirl tub and it was great. Breakfast is basic, with cereals, fresh fruit, waffle station, pastries. Location is great. Right across the president street from power plant live and all other excitements of Baltimore downtown. Enjoyed the stay very much.

We picked The Sleep Inn because it was reasonable priced and close to our job. Other than the neighborhood be on the edge of funky and the walls being a little thin in our room (I could hear the television in the room next door), it was just great. I stayed one night at the Sleep Inn prior to staying two nights at the Four Season. The room is modern, with granite, flatscreen TVs, nice desk and chair, and comfortable beds. Very nice hotel for the price. A word of advice, avoid room 101. It's on the 1st floor next to the parking lot (noise), the front desk (noisy), the breakfast eating area (nosier), and guests have to pass it to get to the elevators. I had to change my room and the night front desk clerk – Treasure, was very helpful. She put me in a room on the 4th floor […] which was clean, spacious, well-kept, stylish, and had comfortable beds. Other pluses were a fitness room (a little small) and free breakfast in the a.m. The hotel is close to the Inner Harbor (15 minute walk) but in an industrial area so it was pretty deserted at night. We stayed for only 1 night with the kids, it's only 3,4 minutes away driving distance from the harbor and Maryland Convention Center.we think it is great deal with free WiFi, breakfast, and a mini gym to work out, the only issue we had was the late check in hour, we arrived at noon but the room was not available until 3:00 pm which I don't remember […] I have seen this condition when I booked it.The parking is not free, $15 a day but if you don't mind to walk to the harbor, it would take about 20 minutes.In general, we think it is a good deal and we will definitely come back next time. The hotel seemed new and was very modern and clean. I thought it was a great hotel. However, we paid extra money for a parking space and when we came back from dinner, there were no spots left. The woman at the desk told us to park on the street. In the end, the manager let us park on the side of the hotel right by the entrance. All night I was concerned […] about it getting hit. Luckily, it worked out okay. But they should be more aware of the parking passes they hand out when parking is so limited. I didn't pay the extra cash to not get a safe and secure spot. Also, the walls were very thin and when the neighboring room's occupants came back from the bar at 1:40 am, we could hear everything they said and did, including something as simple as the tv being on. When we arrived their computers were down and they assigned us a room. When we got there there was luggage in the room. We went to front desk and told them it was occupied and they gave us another room. Same thing-went up and it was occupied too. Third time was fine. Then they called us at 9:30pm to ask us for credit card again because they got a digit […] wrong and woke up my husband. Then at 1:45AM the phone rang again and we didn't answer but it woke us up. Even though this all happened the second night was fine and the shuttle was helpful. Room was very nice. Very modern. A refrigerator int he room would have been a BIG help, so glad we brought our cooler. I didn't give service a high rating only because the next morning at check-out there was nobody at the front desk for 20 minutes that we waited. We finally just left and hoped they didn't bill us for something we didn't use.

The hotel is a great little property in an unfortunate area. A bit hard to find (even for the new Google Maps), complicated by Baltimore's excessive number of one way streets, once inside it is simply lovely. We had a quiet, spacious and very clean room which was perfect for our overnight stay. I caution ultra-suburban or rural types because the hotel […] is in a rather urban neighborhood. But hey, it's a big city and that type of thing is to be expected. So it was no worry for me, but more prudish types may find it a challenge. Also, there was something so wonderful about being greeted by someone at the front desk with an English accent. It just made the experience all the better. I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. Read more

Everything was great at the hotel. When we opened the door to our room what a supprise! It was furnished appropriately and very neat and clean. The wall heating unit was the quietest we ever heard. We still can't believe the design of the shower, it was unique! Loved the breakfast buffet, Lou made it extra special. I don't think I would like to walk around Baltimore at night to and from the Inner Harbor or Little Italy and there is little parking but Robel the shuttle driver was great. For a nominal charge he took us to dinner every night and picked us up. He even showed us special places like 34th street all in Christmas lights. The shuttle looked like it just came out of the showroom yet it was a 2008, it was spotless. All the staff at the hotel were extra accomidating. Everything was great but had to pay $15 to park. I knew about the parking but found it odd since I've never had to pay to park at a hotel before. They have their own lot and it's not a parking garage. Was gonna stay there for New Years Eve but prices jumped to $150.

Loved the interior of the hotel and of the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows.Love that breakfast is available until 930am and LOVE that check out isn't until noon! Only downside is having to pay additional for a parking spot in the hotel lot.

My daughter had to be at Johns Hopkins for surgery at 5 AM so we wanted to stay near the hospital and not make a long drive from home at that hour. We couldn't have made a better choice. The hotel is 2 minutes from the hospital. After a long day in a surgical waiting room, I had a warm bed just 2 minutes away that night. The service was poor. They gave us a room i didnt request and my friend slept on a couch. They also charged us for parking on top of the room charge. The hotel is right next to the police station and the street constrution was horrable. I think the next time i have to stay in baltimore i will stay in my car.
