It was a nice place to stay .It was with in walking distance of all that we wanted to see.(southern most point and sunset pier) and others.

The hotel room was clean. Very nice pool and lounge chairs , but the lounge chairs needed a little cleaning. Smoking area was around the pool so avoiding the smoke when going to the pool was difficult. Breakfast was a good start. Covered parking was a plus if you are driving. The Silver Palms was great! Nothing for us to complain about! The room was beautiful and clean, the pool was small but very nice, the private parking was perfect, the breakfast was good, the location was close to the downtown, and the staff very professional.

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Key West! We walked to Duval Street every day! Very clean rooms and nice pool. The breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast. This was my 4th visit to Key West and I would stay here again. The price was a little high, but we were here during peak season, so the price was expected.

The Inn was very clean. The room size was spacious. To get to the center of action on Duval Street is about 10 blocks. It is a very nice walk. I would stay there again.

Previous ratings had me convinced Silver Palms was a better deal than listed price. Parking is nice, location to Duval St. is not. Room design is odd, bathroom door opens into sink area. Relativly clean room with some noise level.

Hotel was very nice in general it was clean and had new decor and location was good for walking to alot of places. If you are staying in a 2 queen beds and have 4 people though it is quite tight on space and very little place to put your things. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and surrounded by the buildings, so the wind was blocked. A couple days, it was a little chilly, so an afternoon repreive, we hung out by the pool which was much warmer. Location was great. Could walk everywhere.

I would highly recommend Silver Palms. It's a great location, the rooms are clean and very attractive, and the beds are divine -- like sleeping on a cloud. The pool is just big enough for dipping and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Bravo!

Great clean comfortable room. Covered parking available, and a short 3 to 5 minute walk to Duval Street. A little more road noise than expected from busy Truman Avenue, but overall had a great experience. Would stay there again.

We had a great time. Lot of walking but close enough to most sights we wanted to see. Most were 5-8 blocks each day. Bit noisey on the street side but tolerable. Pool more a kids pool and not for swimming laps or other exercise. Breakfast was good and ample for each morning.

This is a very clean and modern hotel. It is within walking distance of the downtown area. The continental breakfast had fresh bakery goods from the French Bakery. The only drawback was that the wooden blinds don't block the sunlight from coming in the room first thing in the morning. I would definately recommend the Silver Palms Inn.

Pros: Hotel location are good, just a couple of 100 meters from Duval street. It's easy to access the hotel with a car. Me, my wife and our infant (11 months) took the bus from Miami Beach to Key West. The bus stop is in the crossings of Sunset Ln and Whitehead St (almost northern end of Duval Street). This means that it is a couple of km to walk from […] bus stop to the hotel. For us this was no problem but it can be something to bear in mind if you have a heavy bagage. We arrived at 12 am and the hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was not yet prepared but the staff stored our bagage and we got access to the pool area. We really enjoyed the pool and there were a lot of sun chairs and two bigger sun covert. The covert was perfect to keep our baby out of the sun. Our hotel room was spacious with two big quensize beds. Our baby girl really loved to walk around in the big room for adventure seeking funtime. The climate control system in the room was working properly and we had both refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. Toilette and shower were good. Cons: The first con was that the breakfast. There was not very much bread (at least not from a European point of view), more like pastries.. But the biggest problem with the breakfast is that it is served in the hotel lobby which is not very spacious. It gets crowded pretty fast. This was our first trip to Key West, and we enjoyed our stay at the Silver Palms Inn very much. It was a few blocks away from the noise and bustle of Duval, allowing for a quiet night's sleep. The Inn is very well kept by a friendly staff. The free continental breakfast was also quite good.

What a great hotel. The rooms were very clean and really nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. There was an abundance of really good food to choose from at breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect location too - just a short walk to all the hot spots. We will definitely stay at the Silver Palms Inn on our next trip to Key West.

Very clean and trendy. We love the room design, the pool, and parking. The only downside is the noise of cars driving by on the street at night (our room is next to the street) and airplane flying by.

I had a wonderful stay at Silver Palms Inn for my Christmas vacation. The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. They even lend me laptop when mine broke down.
