We enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient. We were able to park on the street and walked everywhere. It was nice to get back to the hotel and have such a pleasant garden area with a hottub, warm pool and cooler pool. several different sitting areas. A little oasis in the middle of town. Enjoyed talking with other visitors during the wine and cheese time.

We booked this hotel as a family weekend vacation to Key West in Feb. The good qualities of the Hotel: good price compared to other hotels in the area, confortable bed, nice hotel service, gives you free ride on the bus that takes you Duval st, and a discount of the restaurant next door (tried breakfast and it was really good). The bad qualities of the Hotel: The beds were double not queen, the carpet had weird stains, the pool was closed for renovations and it wasn't close from Duval st....Still if your trying to save and you dont mind driving to Duval, then this is place for you, i would have prefer a closer location where we could walk to the attractions.

Our stay was very enjoyable. the only concideration that i would stay somewhere else next time is the lack of a fitness center on the property. i was also dissappointed about being charged for a later checkout when the front dest acknowledged they did not hav anyone staying in the room after us and the house keeping did not usually come each day until after 3pm. We checked out at Noon. i think that is a little courtesy that could have gone a long way with me.

This was our first trip to Key West, and we enjoyed our stay at the Silver Palms Inn very much. It was a few blocks away from the noise and bustle of Duval, allowing for a quiet night's sleep. What a great hotel. The rooms were very clean and really nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. There was an abundance of really good food to choose from at breakfast. "A pleasant boutique in Key West"

This is a lovely small hotel in a good location - close to Duval Street but not in the middle of everything. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and would do anything to help. We had one issue that one day the cleaning staff never made up our room, but when we complained the front desk provided fresh towels and that was really all we needed. I took […] points off for the comfort of the room because I find that a lot of hotels that have stylish designs miss out on some functional features. For instance, the shower was basically a cube with no ledge to put your foot up on to shave your legs, so I basically had to put my foot up on the wall. Silly, I know, but it's one of my pet peeves. I had a wonderful stay at Silver Palms Inn for my Christmas vacation. The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. They even lend me laptop when mine broke down. The hotel is brand new, opening about two years ago, so its facilities are all in a good condition. The breakfast is delicious though the variety is pretty fixed every day. Tasty and fresh fruits […] are provided all the time in the lobby. In addition, the hotel is very close to Dual street, within walking distance, while the hotel itself is quiet. The only bad parts about the hotel is that chairs in the swimming pool seem dirty. On the last night of my stay, the residents below me were doing seafood BBQ , which was very smelly with a lot of smoke. One of the best places to stay in old town area of Key West, FL. The rooms were clean and the front desk was very helpful as it was my first visit to Key West. "Large clean rooms, close to everything!"
This is a little gem of a hotel located just a few blocks from Duval Street. The rooms were large, new, clean, and very well appointed in new fixtures and furniture. The room was probably the most well-lit hotel room I've been in; I hate a dark hotel room. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool, which was great for just sitting outside and […] enjoying the day. The weather was pretty cool while we were there, but the A/C kicked out some pretty cold air, so I don't think the summer heat would be a problem for it. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast each morning was a great bonus. Sure, it's just the standard continental pastries, bagels, cereal, etc., but they do a good job with it. The location is fantastic, as you can pretty much walk to all of the sights, which we did with our two girls, ages 13 and 10.
