"Great Hotel!"
Nice comfortable hotel. Check in is slow and staff does not seem to know that in order to book a room through Expedia, you need to pay right at the time of booking. The staff will ask customers if they have already paid and take some time to verify that. That makes the check in process even slower.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Conveniently located, very clean..."
The hotel was better than i expected. Nice spacious room, with Pergo floors and flat screen TV. A bit noisy area, but in Mexico City that is expected. Silly rules, but i think that's a cultural issue. I wanted to use the telephone for local calls and you need to fill out a credit card voucher for that. And need to clarify if you want other charges to […] that voucher, because they won't apply them unless you tell them to. Guests have to pay $300 (Pesos) to get a remote control for the TV. "Visiting Mexico family"
I have to say that the only happy experience I had is the hotel fair, the cost certainly was good, but when te essential of a hotel, like have a hot water or air conditioner working fine, is a problem, then become to expensive even 70 Dlls, I won't recomend it. buen dia. la verdad me parecio una mala experiencia, pues creo que es de muy mal gusto el que no se cuente con todo lo necesario que debe haber en un hotel como por ejemplo la plancha, el control de la tv que ni siquiera se cuente con kleenex y otra cosa, aun mas mala el que pongan en una hoja el inventario del hotel, no. de toallas etc. tal pareciera […] que nos queremos llevar las cosas y no es asi.
