Solid hotel for a business traveler. Quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. I wish the duvets were a bit thicker, and there should be a towel rack near the walk in shower, but overall, I would stay here every time I am in this part of Houston.

Property is new, clean and economical. Was pleasently surprised .Everything was quality except for some cheap toiletries, thats all I think was missing the mark..highly recommended.

My main complaint is the loud slam noise the self-closing doors make. It starts in the early morning and continues until quite late at night. I stayed 2 nights. There must be some way to improve this problem.

The hotel and several of the surrounding businesses seem fairly new, so there's no real wear or tear here to be found. Only strange thing was ice machines were on every other floor. Amenities are basic but nice. Free breakfast was okay. A comfortable place to crash.

We were in Houston for family business, & for some reason all hotel accommodations were full, searched on line, 1st place was disgusting & should have been condemned, it wasn't fit for staying in by any human being. So, our 2nd attempt online we found Sleep Inn on Airtek Dr. The lobby was very clean, quiet & welcoming. The staff @ front desk was plesant, […] friendly & thanked us for choosing their establishment. The elevator was clean, the rooms & bath rooms were clean & organized....moat of all the linens were clean, bed comforter, bedskirt & sheets/pillows /cases. And I had two nites of excellent , restful sleep. Breakfast was balanced, nothing overly grand or fancy but balanced. It looks like this hotel was just built. The room was spotless and the bed was surprisingly comfy. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I had no idea where I was staying, just trying to get close to the airport. This property is on Airtex, about a block off I-45 and it looks like they are building a restaurant next door. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The room was very clean and the service was amazing. The downside was that the hotel didnt have its own designated parking lot or garage. Since it is in Downtown Houston I was surprised that amenity was not something the hotel offered. In my case, I parked in a nearby parking lot which was not affiliated […] with the hotel. The attendent offered 1 price for parking until 7am, and another for parking until 5pm the following day. Since this was a romantic getaway sleeping in was the plan, but sleeping in we did not. At 7am we were awakened to the sound of a jackhammer. There was construction work going on right below us outside our window. I walked away with a migraine and was very unhappy about being disturbed that way. We dressed and checked out almost 30 minutes later. Thankfully the staff member who checked us out was awesome. Very friendly and her great customer service somewhat made up for the construction work being done right in front of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel AFTER the construction has been completed. Read more

I wasn't expecting much, but it was delightful staying here. The hotel staff looked a bit...sketch, but they were more than accommodating. As others have said, the only downside I'd mention were the doors. They close like the vault of Fort Knox. It will definitely wake you up. A small nuisance, especially if you're an early riser like myself.

This was a very clean and comfortable room in a clean and convienent location. Its not a 5 star property but great for a couple of nights of business travel. Nice little pool, workout space and morning breakfast. Very close to Bush Intercontinental.

A great price for a clean hotel that is convenient to I-45. Our beds were comfortable and we were provided with many pillows. Roomy with decent lighting. Lots of outlets made charging our many devices easy.

We enjoyed the lovely decor, the hotel and room was clean and quiet for sleeping. We were disappointed when the pool was closed, but could use the hot tub, but it was barely lukewarm in temperature. Overall it was a good stay.

Not sure if this is a new hotel or just completely remodeled but it is one of the nicest Sleep Inns I've stayed in. Very modern and new decor. Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities you need, fridge, microwave, ample empty outlets in easy reach, WiFi that worked well. Would stay again and recommend.

The room was better than many Westin Hotels I have stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly, as well. The only "dings" I gave it were based upon how loud the doors were. My flight got in very late and by the time I got to the hotel and checked in it was after midnight. I planned on sleeping in the next morning but was awakened several times by other […] business travelers leaving early. The doors are so loud that when it hàppened the first time it seemed as if the door that was slammed was actually in my own room. Hotel seems to be very new, Staff is willing to go of their way to accommodate. The Rooms are extremely well kept and very very clean. The surrounding area is very quiet, very close to the I-45 and Beltway 8. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a well priced hotel..
