Decent motel, stayed there overnight on the way from San Fran to Vegas. Great value if you just want to stay there overnight. The strange thing is that... the owners (east indians), wont let you in to check in or out (even during business hours), you have to go to the window for everything, which sucks waiting outside in the cold at night in November. We got into our room , closed the door and there was a 1/2 inch gap between the door jam and the door. I could literaly see the parking lot from inside the room. Didn, t sleep very well that night. Hardest matress i have ever been on.

If you like cold showers, this is the hotel for you. The wind was coming through the single pane window while having to stand in the luke warm shower. It never heated up. We didn't have water for the first 1/2 hour we were there, but they did let us check in early and warned us that maintenance was being done. The "remodel" was peeling off the sink […] and counters. No working ice machine, but the owner gave us ice from her home. The ice cubes were made from tap water. There was a microwave and refrigerator. No coffee maker. Not sure if the heater ever worked. Very old. The parking lot is very rough with holes and loose gravel that is very hard for a handicapped person to get around. Read more

This is an older motel that has seen some wear and tear, but the room was clean. If you are on a tight budget and your stay is just a travel stop-over for a shower and a bed, this motel is sufficient.

We stayed for the price. The only complaint was the room was a bit over perfumed. The room was clean and comfortable and the rate was very low. If I needed a stay over between Vegas and San Diego, I'd book it again.

Very nice family runs the facility....however it really needs to be updated. The bathroom walls and counters are falling apart. The bedding is old....needs new bedding. The room was clean and spacious, but there was cosmetic damage to the counter and sink (many knicks, missing paint). The bed was firm and very comfortable. The ice machine was broken, but the owner gave me ice from her refrigerator. The pool was not heated.

We booked this based on cheapest rate in Barstow on the way to Vegas. Extremely Friendly Staff. We called ahead and they were so jovial on the phone it brightened our mood. We arrived at 11pm and were welcomed with the same enthusiasm and friendly smile as on the phone. Check-in was quick and uncomplicated and the room was as to be expected from the […] 1.5 star rating. Douche ne fonctionne pas du tout, impossible de se doucher. Apparamment,mais sans preuve ,des puces de lit. Pendant la journee j'ai eu des allergies,des boutons et des rougeurs qui subsistent a ce jour,ceci accompagnés de démangeaisons désagréables. Ce motel est a proscrire. Personnel sympa.
