I stayed many times due to school and I have had great service each time. The rooms are always very clean and tidy and are a pretty good size. The... breakfast isn't the best but they have a variety and it's always hot. Out of the hotels to stay in Pratt this one would be my recommendation for sure. It was ok. Our neighbors were very loud and I could hear a lot of outside traffic too. The pool was great for our kids. The breakfast was not very good. The pancakes tasted funny and there wasn't as much variety as I've had at other HIEs.

This Hotel is very well kept, very clean, very good breakfast, and excellent, courtious staff. This was a very enjoyable stay. Very convenient to highway 54. Excellent stay.

We stayed here in February, during a cold snap. The hotel was warm and inviting--all the staff were very friendly. The pool (indoor!) was warm and the hot tub was HOT (a little too hot for my taste). We had a great visit with family and this was a nice place to stay and breakfast was great as well.

The room was great. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The only problem was the thin walls. The traffic outside, neighbor that snored, and kids running around upstairs made for a long sleepless night. I would request a room on the top floor on the opposite side of the highway if I were to stay again.

I had no hot water in my room. When I asked the front desk what the problem was they said the owner doesn't like to make the water too hot to make sure no one burns themselves with the water. Couldn't take a shower and they said numerous people have complained about the same thing. Also, my wife paid for the room when she booked it and once I got there […] they said they had to have a credit card on file so I let them swipe my card and they charged my credit card for the room also. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pratt - Staff allows people to run hallways after ten and again at 5AM! Not a quite hotel at all. Pool hours are a joke. Most hotels open their pool at 7 am, in Pratt it is 11 AM with a Noon checkout - ridiculous, my kids wanted Pool time.
