This is a great hotel, and they've improved a few things, from very good to excellent. They now have a high tea on the Rasa side, which is even better than Eastern Oriental. Both are excellent. But now the Rasa tea has amazing baked goods! We did it several times. The other is a champagne/cava happy hour, where they also added canapés. Those are fantastic, and you can meet some fun travelers too. We will go again.

For 100%, you will have an amazing time in this hotel. Everything is perfect. Service is amazing. People are nice and helpful. Food is fantastic. Location is great. In addition, they will amaze you with their set up if you book for your honey moon or anniversary.

Overall stay was good except it is absurd NOT TO HAVE WIFI excess except in the "LOBBY" area only. I have traveled the world and never been to such a nice hotel that doesn't have "WIFI" in the overall hotel grounds or even in the room. It't time the Hotel Management needs to bring this hotel technology closer to the 21st century. It is annoying to have to linger around the "lobby" waiting for your emails to download (BTW the connection was very slow like snail)....unfortunately we don't have any choice as our smart phones carriers are from another country.

Despite the discounted rate from Expedia, they upgraded to tiop floor superior suite. The room was extremely clean and large with two bathrooms and two good TVs. Also the quality of complementary breakfast was superb. ALl hotel Staff were very pleasant and courteous. Mini-bar items, snack and drinks were all free! And even more importantly th internet […] connection (Complementary) was better than Okay. I could watch Youtube video smoothly. Also closeness to the big mall was an important attraction. Just a quick review - I stayed here for 10 days in April and here are the highs and the lows: - Great (almost overwhelming) service. I like 4-5 star hotels, but there is sometimes a little too much hovering here. - Convenient to the airport and to the major manufacturing firms on the island. The mall is right next door, so anything that you might want […] is a walk away. - Taxis are right outside the door and all are either metered or give you a very fair price to the island attractions. - The restaurant is pricey - there are several great restaurants within walking distance and even more, a short taxi ride away. Except for breakfast, you can get better food for much less outside the hotel. - Rooms are kept basically spotless. Just make sure that you are ready to leave in the morning when you walk out the door, because within minutes, you might find them at the door ready to service the room. - Ask for two keys - you must have one inserted in the receptacle at the door for the electrical outlets to work and if you want to charge up any of your electronics while you are out, you won't be able to without getting that second key. All in all, it was a very nice stay and hotels.com made it very affordable and convenient through the prepay feature. I'm not sure that I would have stayed anywhere else on the island (with the exception of one of the hotels on the North Shore at Batu Ferrengi - but that would be expensive to get to the South everyday) Read more

I had really enjoy my stay in Eastin Hotel. I especially love how they greet the guests at the door way. It make me feel at home. However the all pleasant experience is damaged by the one night where they perform the electricity maintenance. We did not get inform when we check in. They should at least let us know before hand instead of leaving a note […] on that day on the table which we rarely look at. Plus we are out of electricity from 12am till around 6am... If we are early sleeper that is still bearable, however, that is not the case and we saw quite a lot of people going down to the lobby to ask why and didn't leave with a satisfied answer. Read more

Close to a large mall with many food outlets, including a large grocery store. Handy for airport (about 10-15 minutes away) and easy to find from the bridge - just turn south. Route is well-signed. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

We were comfortable with the bed and linen, execpt that the hand held shower was spoilt and leaking by its side + it could not hold still in place and kept tilting foward. the water pressure was also terriblely slow and frustrating. then the unstable toilet seat kept sliding towerds the left and kept sinking on on one side. The room is a little small but is well equiped. The hotel provides one "hard" pillow and one "soft" pillow, and they have individually controlled reading light at the bedside. The hotel has a pretty good in-house spa. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall.

This is my 2nd visit to Eastin. During my 1st stay a few months ago, The shower didn't work properly so I had to shower with cold water. The air con was extremely cold too. This time round, the shower was good but the air con was still very cold. このホテルに滞在するのは２回目ですが、、今回は普通の部屋だったので、お風呂にバスタブがないのが不満でした。最上階のスイートルームにはありました。４つ星ホテルでお風呂がないのは、マレーシアならでは？でも近くに大きなショッピングモールがあるのは便利で、日本食レストランもあり、ジョージタウンに泊るより良いと思います。お風呂以外は４つ星の評価道理ですが、価格も結構高くなってしまって、５つ星のEquitorialとあまり変わりません。　次はEquitorialに泊るかも。

Everything is fine! For the price, it is good but, however is too far from everywhere, and taxi very expansive to go anywhere! Location Is not convenient for tourist! But it's a nice little place, with a big mall next to it, very convenient.

今回はロフトタイプの部屋でした。寝るのにいちいち階段を昇るのは面倒ですが、部屋自体は綺麗で満足できます。周辺のショッピンセンターの食べ物やさんは非常に便利。不満はバスタブが無いことだけです。

割と新しいホテルの為、設備は清潔でインターネットも無料でしたので割安感がありました。部屋は広くはありませんが、モダンでいい雰囲気です。周辺にはイオンのモールがあり、観光客でも食事をしやすいお店が沢山あるので、特に日本人には便利なホテルだと思います。利用者によっては部屋にバスタブがないこと、朝は車の音が結構聞こえること、ダウンタウンから遠いので徒歩での観光には向かないことくらいが気になる可能性はありますが、私のようなビジネス用途の短期利用ではほとんどマイナス点は感じられません。
