The hotel room was just that a clean hotel room. I was very surprised to be greeted at check in by an employee wearing blue jeans and a tee shirt. Over all the stay was fine.

The hotel was only one year old, so everything was in very good shape. The room was spacious and clean. Located right off the freeway, with a McDonald's and Subway nearby.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights but spent very little time at the hotel. It was clean and comfy. The only problem I had was that the computers were down while checking in but only affected those who booked with a travel sight like expedia. The guy at the front desk didn't really know how to deal with it so it took about 20 minutes to check in […] at 1:00 am. He apologized repeatedly and honestly it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay again. It's difficult to find a hotel on gameday in Stillwater and gameday traffic is horrible so if you can find the back way to Perry and don't mind a 20 minute drive its pretty good considering your other options. For such a new motel, this place was extremely loud - as if there was no sound-proofing at all. I could easily hear the guest in the adjacent room snoring all night, and in the morning I could clearly hear his conversations. Noise from the hall was equally bad. The room appeared clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection the bead spread was quite […] soiled. The sheets were clean. Most disturbing, as I was searching for an outlet in which to plug in my cell phone charger, I discovered a couple of empty soda bottles under the bed skirt at the head of the bed. There were also candy and food wrappers under the bed. Yuck! It was too late and I was too tired to switch rooms, so we stayed the night and told the desk clerk about the trash the following morning. She apologized and said that she would alert housekeeping. In the future, I will try other motels in the area before staying at this place again. Read more

We had to stay in Perry because all the motels were booked in Stillwater. My friend said this hotel was only a year old and had heard good things about it. I have to say that it may be the nicest hotel I have stayed in at its price range. The rooms are clean and neat. The bed is almost as comfy as my bed at home. This hotel is new and vey clean and nice, particularly considering the size of the neighboring town. The price seemed a little high given the location, but the beds were very comfortable. There is a great diner in town and a decent Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel.
