Amity Lodge - very enjoyable
3 nights. Had an "apartment" so we could have 2 beds. felt safe. near a grocery store so could cook there (rather than eat out). easy walk to bus and shuttles, and Queenstown Hill trailhead. Probably my favorite accommodations during the 2 weeks we were in NZ.

Fantastic Owners, great place to stay
The owners are extremely helpful and courteous. The unit we stayed in was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Good hotel, but I'd look at other options next tim
Large room, but a little dated. Room has no air conditioning and will get hot if you don't close the curtains in the afternoon as the large glass windows face the sun. Owner very helpful and treats you like family. Hotel is a 7 minute walk to harbor. Walk back from town may be tough for those not in shape.

Lovely stay
We stayed here for a couple of nights. Our downstairs unit was spacious for the two of us. The neighbourhood was quiet and a short 5-10 minute walk from the town centre. Airport bus stop was very close and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. It was across the road from the Millennium Hotel where you could breakfast if you wanted to, although there is no shortage of eateries in town.

Great and quite place for a family
We stayed same place twice and it was really cosy, though a bit distant for walk to market, that too on a sloppy gradient road,
