I would use this hotel again with no hesitation. the location and the clenliness were both first class. All rooms on the top 2 floors seem to benifit from a sea view with no extra cost ,just request a room up on the high floors and you should be fine. We only stopped Bed & Breakfast but the food offering in the morning was excellent plenty of choice […] both Hot and cold dishes were readerly available. Catch the local bus to town from out side the hotel Less then 2 Euroes to go right down the front to the Old Town Recommended just to get your barings Book in here with confidance and enjoy!! The hotel is fab, you cannon fault the food and comfort and cleaniness, absoultly brilliant. The hotel has facilities of bike hire and diving...I did both and they were fab.

We checked in to the hotel very late at night but still received an exceptional service. We had the breakfast option and found that there was always plenty of choice, even towards the end of breakfast service. The room was excellent. We could choose between a fridge or stocked mini bar. They do charge a small daily rate for the use of the fridge but […] it's worth it in the heat. Our balcany overlooked the pool. From what we could see, nearly all balconies did. They are nice and private and cannot be seen from the road. Hotel service was excellent. We had a do not disturb sign on our door for one of the days and the cleaning service left us a note saying if we would like our room cleaned at any specific time just to call and let them know. We specified 11.00 am for the next day and they turned up on the dot. The hotel is actually located on the end of the puerto del carmen strip and is more accurately described as being in Matagorda in my opinion. Having said that, you can walk down the strip and be in the center. Taxis were also very very cheap. THe swimming pool was large, warm and clean. There were plent of sunbeds available although this may have been the season (September) All in all I would recommend this hotel for indiduals, couples etc. I would recommend this hotel Read more

Las vistas en lugar de al mar eran a las habitaciones del otro lado.El armario pequeño y con mal olor. Se puede pasar de la terraza de una habitación a las demás sin ningún problema, no hay apenas intimidad. Pedimos cambiar de habitación y en recepción no nos resolvieron nada. Comida de poca calidad y reciclada. La cena de nochevieja incomible.

С удовольствием провели 6 дней в этом отеле при посещении острова Ланзароте в ноябре 2012 года. Для купания очень хороший пляж, вышел из калитки отеля, перешел дорогу и ты уже идешь по песку к воде. Брали машину на прокат, объехали весь остров, посетили и купались и на пляжах Папагайо, и на Фамаре, и в районе Орзолы, но вечером с превеликим удовольствием […] окунались в воды рядом с отелем. Очень вкусные и разные ужины. Немного однообразные завтраки, но выбор есть и голодными невозможно остаться. Все дни с утра можно и шампанского выпить. Для парковки несколько площадок у центрального входа в отель, который расположен с противоположной от океана и променада стороны. Недалеко продуктовый Spar. Read more

Tutto bene tranne attrezzi della palestra in condizioni indecenti e impossibilita di avere un locale dove custodire la bici da corsa affittata a Puerto del Carmen. Colazione molto ricca e con vasta scelta. Personale gentile tranne un solo caso di assoluta maleducazione alla reception. Piscina comoda e vicina anche se con troppe mosche. Hotel dans l' ensemble agréable. Bon emplacement vis à vis des centres commerciaux et restaurants et bons équipements / activités (seche cheveux, clim, 3 lits , chambre spacieuse , nombreuses serviettes, petite TV basique, piscine, mini-golf, billard, ping pong, baby foot et centre de massage payant à disposition, acces à internet payant sur ordinateur […] à disposition, Wi-Fi disponible avec son ordinateur ). La propreté des chambres doit etre améliorée (sol), sinon, le linge est changé régulièrement. Coté animation nous n'avons en général pas assisté et ne pouvons pas juger. coté restauration, le buffet du matin offre un très large choix de produits de qualité juste correcte. Le soir c'est moins riche en choix et plus basique. odeur de friture un peu dérangeante quand meme. L'accueil est trés bon et le personnel aimable. L'état de l' hotel est globalement satisfaisant et les étages sont lumineux. Belle vue sur la piscine et sur la plage juste en face. A noter : soucis d'inondation par le toit pendant notre séjour au niveau du bar (écoulement par les spots lumineux du plafond) dû à de fortes pluies. Read more
