"It was benerally OK"
I didnt give the maximum of 5 because there were two problems: 1. The phone number indicated in the reservation confirmation was wrong! I couldn't inform the hotel on the arrival that the aircraft came earlier. Nobody from the hotel was there. I had to pay the taxi for the hotel. 2.
