My daughter and I loved our weekend there! The rooms were quaint but comfy and the breakfast was amazing! We will definitely return!

We stayed for one night in room 12, which was a cozy little room. It was very dark, with only three small lamps, which was tough because it gets dark so early this time of year. The Christmas Farm Inn changed ownership a few years back and I am sure all issues were related to the previous owners business practices. Our room was incredible! The balcony, fireplace, and jacuzzi were our favorite parts of the room. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and have never had such wonderful service! We will definitely be back and I have already recommended it to several friends!

Our "feel-good' experience started with our first phone call to insure we could find the Inn. The directions we received were extremely clear and even easier to follow once we got into the area. The welcome at the desk was another 'feel-good' experience. The feeling we got from everyone at the Inn made us believe they really were glad to have us staying […] with them. Our evening meal in their dining room was what you might expect from a 5-star restaurant. Our waitress, Cathy, was OUTSTANDING taking time to insure our food allergy concerns were addressed and solved. She made our dining experience special. Our room was more than comfortable and sleeping in a strange bed was no problem. Our only complaint was the cost of a one night stay where we couldn't really take advantage of the workout room and spa. Being tight wad Yankees we felt it was a little expensive but we do not regret staying at the Christmas Farm Inn and will recommend it to others we know who might travel in that area. Read more

We had two days to kill before a North Conway family reunion, and found this place last minute. It was much nicer than we ever could have hoped. We have two little boys aged three and five, and they had a blast swimming in both the outdoor and indoor pools, playing by the evening bonfire and eating smores, frolicking on the jungle gym, and watching […] kids' films in the main inn's family room. Love the hotel and it's surroundings + the complimentary hot breakfast, however the bed felt like we slept on the hardwood floor -- may also be the fact that we were just too pampered at home -- anyhow, great place, would recommend to book again, but will bring our own memory foam mattress topper next time.

The Christmas Farm Inn is located in a beautiful area. The room was very clean, but the upholstered furniture was very old and worn and the mattress left something to be desired. The folks in the restaurant and at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choices were good. All in all not worth the money we spent.

Overall it was a good experience but there were a few things that I really didn't like about the place that prohibited me from relaxing. 1. The beds were so uncomfortable, I didn't sleep very good and woke up with back pain. It seemed like they were from the 1950's. 2. Waitress in the restaurant almost spilled my beer on me....twice!!! She was also way too talkative...uncomfortable. 4. The owner came around at dinner time to introduce himself, which was nice...but he would not stop talking. I'm at dinner with my wife and this guy was just flapping away....another uncomfortable moment. 5. I almost killed myself in the shower!!! It was like there was an oil slick inside of it!!! 6. There is a fire pit outside of the room we stayed in and you could hear people out there while you were tring to relax in your room. 7. You have to park accross the street and people speed on the road you have to cross. I usually stay in Woodstock/Lincoln area and always stay at the Woodstock Inn and Brewery but wanted a change of scenery. I don't think i'll be back to the Christmas Farm Inn. Also, apparently this Inn is haunted and there is a page on their website with the footage from TAPS/ghost hunters. Why would you want people to know your Inn is haunted? If I knew that before booking I would have stayed somewhere else. Just don't know why you would want to advertise that type of thing???? Read more

We recieved a smaller room tha. We reserved. The bathroom was very cramped. The indoor pool was smaller than expected and the ourdoor pool wasn't open in mid-June.
