I was scared when the car pulled up outside the hotel. It looked nothing like the photos. My only impression of this hotel is the smell of urine coming for a hole in the ceiling where the fan is in our room, dirty rugs leading to the reception area and the dirty faade of the hotel. If you can avoid it, please do. To begin with half of the photos presented for this hotel including the main photo are not of this hotel. They are most likely stolen from some other hotel website. As well none of this exists "Business amenities including a 24-hour business center, a meeting/conference room, and etc." none of it not even a printer or […] room for this area. The complimentary breakfast is not that grand and only includes a few select items. Don't order anything off the menu because the taxes are ridiculous. These "additional amenities include a rooftop terrace, laundry facilities, and coffee in the lobby" also do not exist. The free wifi didn't work for several days and was spotty when available. Hot showers were also hard to come by. The shower in my room did not work and staff said it would be fixed while I was out, it wasn't then I was asked to wait until 9 pm for the plumber to come. Needless to say the shower was not fixed and I had to request another room. As well my A/C in my new room also didn’t work and I was unable to change rooms and was forced to sit in a 44C room for 4hrs! The power within the hotel is also not dependable and cuts out approx. 3 times a day for varying lengths of time. To top it all off they forgot to clean my room several days or didn't come to clean it until late in the afternoon (after 5pm) and the doors of the rooms don't lock properly which is not reassuring looking at the neighborhood. Rooms were really small and there was no space to move if you had two pieces of luggage with you. Secondly, the air conditioner was not very effective and that was compounded by the fact that the ceiling fan broke down in the middle of afternoon. No electrician to fix it and did not even change my room even after requesting them. I have stayed at numerous hotels in India. This one is 20-30 minutes driving time from the Delhi airport. The hotel is basic, no frills, but appeared to be clean and service was decent. Price is reasonable. The manager, Javed, speaks fairly good English and tries to accommodate the needs of guests. Overall: satisfied and, yes, I would stay again.

Stayed at this hotel after having surgery at Fortis hospital, which is very close. There are lots of things listed for each room that were not there, so if you are expecting the extras....you will not get them. There is no elevator service and the hotel is up a steep set or stairs and there are two additional floors for the rooms. If I had not just […] had surgery, this would not really have been an issue. The on-site restaurant is only room service, so there is no sit down eating area. The hotel is small and not fancy but the staff are great there. The mini-fridge actually kept drinks cold, which after being in several hotels in India was a welcome find! The internet service was free, another rare perk in India and the air conditioner worked great. So, if I had not been expecting the listed extras that were missing, I would have given higher marks. Place was very nice and calm. Food was amazing and great. Rooms were cleaned and hotel staff was very helpful and was well-manerred. All facilities like A.C., T.V., cable were there. This being our first trip to India. We were rather apprehensive about staying in a non 5 hotel, 25 min outside the centre of Delhi but just 10 mins from the airport. However we took the risk and we were glad of doing so. The Malik Continental was great, excellent value for money. The hotel is located in a village without any access to any facilities . There is no phone booth to make a call . The height is that there is not a taxi to be found. Of course if you want to take the cows roaming around for a ride that is OK. The website mentions a shuttle and breakfast. These are non existent . Stay at your own peril.

we stayed there only for one night and chose this hotel only due to the fact that is close to the airport so I can not say very much. It was ok, clean rooms but very noisy neighbourhood. Hard to find for my driver - was there only from 11 PM to 5 AM for a shower and a little sleep. The bed sheets were sandy (had to sweep the dirt off), shower warm, soap, a towel and working A/C. OK for India - staff was nice and helpful. They made an omelet after the kitchen was officially closed - I appreciated that.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the taxis they arranged for my return to the airport arrived on time. . Not the best location for sightseeing in Delhi but an excellent choice if transiting. Small hotel in uninteresting neighborhood. Rooms were clean enough but the price of the hotel did not support the accommodations. We were told by a local that we could have stayed at several other nicer hotels for the same price. No safe in the room, no elevator.

I stayed at this hotel simply because of its location and because my stay would only last 5 hours (quick nap)...it turned out that they would be the longest 5 hours of my life. The staff was pleasant, but my room (101) despite looking good had hidden issues. First thing was the shower. I turned the hot water and after 5 mins only cold water came out. […] I went to the front desk (on my towel) to see if they could help. The receptionist came in and said that in 5 min the hot water would come, it was simply an issue of getting the water through the pipe. Fine, I waited 4 minutes and to my surprise the water simply ran out!!!..what do you do on a situation like this??..it had to be cold water, just terrible... The other issue was the cold inside the room, about 5 degrees i reckon, the same as outside and I only had a feeble blanket to get by..pretty awful night and I am glad that by 4am I was out. The restaurant available with the hotel can provide a tasty meal round the clock at a reasonable price. The tour faculities available with the hotel for goin around Delhi and even to Agra didn't feel to expensive and the staff were extremely […] helpful in arranging them, though improvement can be done in regards with the drivers quality. The room size was reasonble enough and the free trips to DLF mall located a few kilometers away from the hotel had been extremely helpful. The staff were helpful and forth coming in regards to any kind of information the coustomer might need. A floor manager was available round the clock. The free Wi-Fi services provided were reasonbly fast. On the negative side, the hotel is surrounded by a bit dingy surroundings, not worth pulling the draps down to look outside. A lot can be done to improve the exterior of the hotel, helps the shock factor one gets when you enter the hotel. The interior and exterior are a world apart. The room we stayed had ants problem, found ants walking around on the bed. Over all taking into the low price and location factor I would recoment this hotel for some looking for a few nights stays or for someone on a strict budget and wouldn't mind adjusting a bit.
