I thought the staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful. Loved that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, I stayed for two nights so it definitely came in handy. I would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful stay! Stayed one night as a mini Valentine's vacation. First off checking in was very quick as we had already reserved the room on here. Second our room was upgraded to a jacuzzi tub for no extra price (not sure if every room has a jacuzzi but I don't think so). The hotel itself was surprisingly nice for the price as well as the room. It was […] very neat and clean as was the bathroom both also very spacious. Room was equipped with a rather large mini fridge and a small microwave and also a coffee maker. Small but nice tv with a few select channels which was sufficient for the stay. Nice big bed and lovely bathroom the room also had a desk which was nice. Conveniently located right across the street from applebee's where we ate dinner. Overall very lovely night and would be my first choice for a longer mini vacation. Read more

shortly after noticing that the tub was very dirty with a ring around it, I called the front desk and was placed on hold for about 2 minutes, when she came back she said that she was unable to locate any Windex, who uses Windex to clean out a tub how filthy. she said that she can place us in another room so when I got to the front desk she said that […] she guarantees quality rooms, but the tub was dirty in the second room is well... also, the faucet in the first room only let Kirstiplets, my 8 year old now checks the hotel bathrooms too! My family (all adults) stayed for two nights. We chose this location for convenience from the highway and right accross the street from a popular restaurant. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. I chose it because it was inexpensive and I needed to stop right off the NJ Turnpike to break up a long trip from northern Vermont to DC. And when we got there it seemed unpromising: the back half of the hotel was not open and not renovated, at first they directed us to a second floor room with no elevator, then they found a first floor room but it […] had not been cleaned. But when they finally got us to the right room it was perfectly clean and very nice with a fridge and nice table to work at. And the continental breakfast was the best of the trip ("yes they had bacon" always a treat). No pool yet because they're still renovating. Literally at the exit ramp, it takes 30 sec. to get on an off the turnpike. Pleasant surprise because I'm a little nervous picking hotels in New Jersey, there are many dicey towns and who knows which is which? this was a pleasant surprise Read more

This Quality Inn is independently owned by a local company. Although the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, the property itself left much to be desired. The two story building is older and has no elevator. This meant having to carry our baggage up the stairwell and all the way down the hall to our room without a bellman or the ability […] to use a luggage cart. The property is also adjacent to an abandoned Howard Johnson's motel which gives it a bit of a creepy feel from the not-so-well maintained parking lot. Also, the hotel has an outdoor pool which we were relying on, but when we got there it was drained and out of service. Pretty disappointing. Read more

Approaching this Inn can be disheartening as it is located next to an abandoned motel. At first I thought "this looks like the Bates Motel". We found the hotel to be convenient as it is right off the NJ Turnpike. The staff was pleasant and accommodating Our one complaint is the hotel grounds. We found it to be a major turn-off as the hotel is adjacent to a long-vacant Howard Johnson hotel. The lobby is modern and the hotel staff was uniformly efficient and pleasent. A very complete breakfast was included, buffet style, with eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries, toast, bagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt, cofee, tea, and juices. Right at the exit / entrance of the NJ parkway but still a quiet spot. The staff were efficient and pleasant. We asked to see a room before checking in and were much impressed with the quick tour that was given to us. The public areas and rooms were well appointed and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Complimentary breakfast even included scrambled eggs and sausage! […] I had a minor complaint about a banging door in the hallway and within 30 minutes the door was repaired. Now that is customer service. Would recommend this Quality in to anyone needing to be in the Mount Holly area. Lots of restaurants in the area for a quick lunch or nice dinner. Read more
