"More interested in money than service"
I had a booking for 24th and requested it to be preponed to 23rd. I was asked to pay for both days! The reason the guy gave was "then the room will be empty on 24th"!! I think the small city thinking ruled over Customer service opportunity. Well Im just going to hop over to other websites and share the same experience about this hotel! "Some (younger) staff need Customer Care Training"
First and last impressions not good, not bad in the middle. Got there at reasonable hour but hotel had double-booked and staff didn't seem to be bothered with finding me a solution. After intervention of other (Indian) guests, was given a very poor room, got photo of continuing water leak (stained ceiling) from above, basically, tak eit or leave it. […] After complaining next day got slightly better room. Older 'boss man' turned up on second day and service improved immediately, but that was short-lived, back to mediocre. On final night, ate in restaurant and staff were ill-mannered, food not bad, did not leave a tip. Left a sour taste (no pun intended) in the mouth.
