Small hotel close to the Varna downtown. Parking is organized by the hotel staff few hundred meters from the hotel. They accepted to refund costs for secured parking, although I've got an impression that they consider it is not included in the price stated on the web. Rooms are very small, but have air-conditioning, mini bar, TV, small bathroom. Final […] conclusion: if one search just for place to sleep over night, it's worth the price.
