The hotel seemed a bit tired. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but didn't produce much cold air. The WiFi didn't reach the top floor. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles. But - a lovely location in a nice town.

The hotel location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the plaza and let us experience carnival while we visited. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful with calling a taxi and sending our laundry out for cleaning.

Campeche is al small town, and staying right in the centre makes sense. The hotel was clean, wifi, parking and breakfast were available... It's a good place, nothing more, nothing less.

On the positive side, the hotel was near the center of Campeche. However, we cannot recommend this particular hotel. We booked two rooms. Neither which we consider to be clean by Yucatan standards. Lovely public spaces -- balconies with rocking chairs and dining facilitites. Rooms were not so great, but acceptable. This is the typical old house converted into a hotel -- not much you can do with the rooms although some have done better.

It was an excellent experience and the location is just unbeatable, the room was clean and surprisingly cool even without the air conditioning, the hotel does not have a pool, but with this price you get a lot more than what you pay for, there noise from the street during the day, but at night everything is quiet and calm, Campeche is just an enchanting […] town and this hotel definitely keeps it this way. The hotel is very well located, only a few minutes walk from the Central Plaza. We arrived much earlier than check-in time, but were accommodated with a room that was ready (the perps of travelling offseason!). There was a bed, a tv, and a bathroom, so it served those purposes. The room's window was obscured by the air conditioner, so there was very little natural light in the room. One of the two VERY dim (very unreadable by) bulbs was burned out; I asked for a replacement my first day but it never arrived. No hot water on the third of three nights. This is a classic little hotel in a great location and really nice staff. Be sure to see the room though as some of them are better than fine while other are a tad dodgy. Had breakfast in the hotel the second morning and it was surprisingly good and not pricey.

Don't judge a book by its cover - great little hotel in an excellent location. Rooms a bit basic but very comfortable and good service. Wi-fi worked better in lobbies than room but that's not an issue. We had a room on 3rd floor (no lift) but had a bit more natural light than lower floors. 城壁内のセントラル地区自体が安全、清潔。日曜日は商店レストランバーすべて休業。ホテルは重厚で雰囲気よし。ホテルも清潔、受付のスタッフも皆親切だった。しかし、ホテル内には旅行社入っておらず、角を曲がった通りに数軒ある。Wi-Fiあるが、室内で利用できず、廊下に出なければならない。また、感度悪い。写真アップロード等重いファイルは特に時間かかる。

Otras reseñas ya habían informado de las deficiencias del hotel, pero se quedaron cortas. Efectivamente, el hotel tiene ciertas habitaciones sin ventana, pero olvidaron comentar que también carecen de iluminación artificial. Es impresionante que no puedan subir la intensidad de la luz. Te ofrecen habitación para fumadores o no fumadores: eviten la aclaración, […] porque aún cuando la pidas para fumadores te dan habitaciones cerradas y si fumas debes de salir de tu habitación, a través de unos pasillos que más se asemejan a un laberinto que a otra cosa. Las persianas están rotas, el agua se sale de la regadera y termina por toda la habitación, se les olvida proporcionar las facilidades mínimas como papel sanitario y si lo pides tardan no menos de 3 a 4 horas en llevarlo a la habitación. En la descripción del hotel ofrecen el servicio de planchado: No, no lo planchan ellos; sino que se supone te llevan una plancha y literalmente es UNA para todo el hotel (por cierto la pedí repetidas veces y nunca apareció). Entiendo que es de los hoteles más "accesibles" comparado con otros, pero sinceramente me pareció excesivo el costo por noche. La incomodidad es mucha para que tengan ese tipo de tarifas. Read more

bien, muy buena ubicación, hotel sencillo, no hubo espacio en su lote para estacionar auto y no alertaron de que hay zonas en la calle donde no es posible aparcar, obtuve una fuerte infracción por eso. Falta actualizar instalaciones, como pantallas de tv, pisos, etc.

Es un hotelito en un edificio bonito del centro. Creo que su principal ventaja es la relación ubicación-precio, ya que está muy cerca de la catedral y es muy barato. Nosotros solo íbamos de pasada y nos quedamos una noche en familia. Pero: - La primera sorpresa cuando llegamos fue que el estacionamiento estaba a 4 cuadras del hotel. En el estacionamiento […] nos recibió un personaje muy extraño. Una especie de loco vagabundo pero muy hospitalario que insistía en que le diéramos una cartulina que acreditara que éramos del hotel pues se trata de un estacionamiento público y lo subarrendan. - El personal del hotel te atiende, pero no es muy amable que digamos. - A pesar de que podría tener una vista espectacular (da a la catedral), la ventana es muy, pero muy pequeña. Solo para ventilación. - Un foco de la habitación estaba fundido, no había toalla de manos y el shampoo es de sobrecito. - Lo que mejoró la noche es que nos tocó un concierto navideño gratuito con Armando Manzanero en la catedral. Kaupungin yleiselle uimarannalle on n. 20-30 minuutin automatka, mutta käynti oli sen arvoinen. Rannalle pääsee halvasti bussilla, eikä taksimatkakaan ole liian kallis. L'hotel si presenta bene, il cortile interno e' molto gradevole ed e' rilassante. Ottimo per un momento di relax e buona la connessione wi-fi. Nota dolente e' la camera, molto piccola e non perfettamente pulita, l'intonaco esterno passava sotto la finestra e ce lo si ritrovava in camera, c'erano macchie sulle lenzuola, gli asciugamani erano logori e […] pochi (1 per la doccia e basta). Il condizionatore e' rumoroso e rinfresca poco. Sara' stata sfortuna ma il parcheggio dell'hotel era anche pieno e quindi abbiam dovuto cercare in citta' (cosa non facile in quelle stradine) e non c'e' stato servizio bagagli, quindi dalla macchina all'hotel e per le scale fino alla camera con tutte le valige portate da noi. Muy bello y cómodo. Buena atención. Nuestro único problema fué que Expedia NO reportó la reservacinón ni el pago que hicimos anticipadamente y en el hotel nos pidieron dejar un pago en garantía mientras esperaban que Expedia les confirmase la reservación y les hiciera el pago que habíamos hecho con más de dos semanas de antelación.
