Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks.

Very nice hotel, within walking distance to subway for access to Manhattan (take the 7 or E and you can get to grand central, times square, penn station). Just a few blocks to local restaraunts. The room was very clean, excellent staff, free shuttle to subway. Overall an excellent place to stay if your touring new york city. One note, if you are considering a "view room" save your money, the view is obstructed by a number of taller buildings (the hotel is only 7 floors). Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely stay again, especially at the rate because of the new hotel discount. If you plan to take a cab from the hotel call one yourself because the service the hotel uses charges a flat rate to specific areas and you can get a cab on your own for cheaper generally.

We stayed at the Chatwal New York Hotel for only one night, but found it wonderful in many ways. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful & polite. The restaurant and bar are delightful. It's location in the middle of the Theater District is great for seeing shows. I would recommend it without reservation. "Great location in brand new hotel"
Rather expensive hotel. Everything is new and very fancy. We travelled with 2 teenage kids. The room was far to small for 4 persons. Light, aircon and drapes is all controlled from one panel. Nice bathroom, but the sink was not very comfortable. There was no space for toilet bags and water was everywhere after use. The good thing was i was cleaned twice […] a day. Great location close to everything. As mentioned the staff really did everything to make you feel wellcome. But we were a little dissapointed at the check out. we had ask them to order a cap in advance, which they had confirmed, but the car wasn't there when we were ready to leave. Instead they tried to sell us the private hotel car, which cost wice as much as a yellow cap. Read more
"Lovely hotel"
Loved the chatwal. Beautifully appointed hotel only half a block from times square. Room was luxurious and amazingly quiet considering the location. Staff polite and helpful. Only critism was lack of a truly hot plunge pool in the spa, shame in winter but minor detail overall. Super beliggenhet rett ved Times Square. God service. Store moderne og lekre rom. Docking stasjon til Iphone slik at du fikk din favoritt musikk på stereon. Fantastisk i sommervarmen å ha egen terrasse. Bor der mer enn gjerne igjen.

Hotellet var toppen! Nytt och fräscht. Det enda negativa var att när vi skulle checka in så sa receptionisten: Vi har uppgraderat er från ett standard rum till en bättre rumstyp. Det lät ju bra om vi inte hade bokat en betydligt dyrare svit. Efter ett tag (efter att vi plockat fram vår laptop och visat bokningen) så löste det sig ändå. ミュージカルを見るため6泊しました。 ブロードウェイには近く、ミュージカルの上演される劇場までは徒歩で5-10分程度と立地は大変便利です。リノベーションしたばかりなので、部屋の設備はまだ新しく、ファッショナブルです。 ただし、細かいところの掃除が行き届いていない印象を受けます。例えば、バスタブでジャグジーを使うと、湯垢が出てきました。 サービスの質は、はてなです。コンセルジュにミュージカルの相談をしたいと話すと、部屋で待っていろと言われ、一時間以上放置。たまらず聞きに良くと、ミュージカルはもうないと言われましたが、自分で劇場まで行くとチケットは取れました。 また、連泊の場合はシーツを取り替えない場合もあります。苦情を言ってようやく交換してもらいましたが。 また、ミッドタウンでプールのあるホ […] テルということで選択したのですが、プールは広い浴室、ジムは小部屋に申し訳程度のランニングマシンしかありませんでしたので、注意が必要です。 総評としては、立地は5つ星、その他は2つ星程度と言った感じでした。 Read more
