The most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Clean and new looking with an amazing staff. They were always there to help me when I was lost or needed something. Got a great rate for this hotel,and was a great value. Room was small,but that is expected in Japan. No WiFi its a turndown. You have free internet with cable only. It was a typical low price Tokyo hotel. The room was small as usual, not much room to move around or store luggage, but I'm used to this after six trips to Tokyo in different hotels. This is a good value for money hotel. I cannot stress it enough, the best value for money in Tokyo I have heard of. The rooms are small and basic and the bathroom is a capsule but everything is there. The reception staff speak a very bare English. This hotel has a super location for traveling around eastern Tokyo. Access from Narita Airport is very simple. The hotel is located within walking distance from Ueno Park and its several museums and Tokyo Zoo. This hotel was very reasonably priced. It was nothing fancy, but the rooms were furnished nicely and cleaned well. The beds were hard by American standards, but soft compared to other Japanese hotel beds I've slept in. The rooms were also pretty big by Japanese standards. We've been with family of four (2 kids 8 and 11 years old) in the hotel for 5 nights renting 2 rooms. Rooms are small by Europeans point of view but its are very clean and have all of you need. Too many decent restaurants and shops are placed near the hotel entrance. Ueno park is just in 10 minutes with 3 major amenites - Ueno Zoo, Tokyo National Museum […] and National Museum of Nature and Science. Off course, if you have a laggage or tired Uguisudani Station is your choice but if you wanna walk by park or visit some department stores and market you can go out on Ueno. I'll make this short and brief. Interior, hotel environment: New, clean, modern. Looks newly remodeled and classy. Room: The room was pretty size was pretty good. It was bigger than I expected. Could have had another person stay in the room with all the space. Bathroom was good, shower pressure was great for long days of walking. Also, they have internet […] available in the room (wired). And WIFI available in the lobby. Staff: Friendly. I didn't have much interaction with the front desk or other staff other than during check in and check out. No troubles getting in and out. Location: The hotel is really close to the JR lines - 5 mins walking, 8 min max. There are some stairs you have to go up to get to the station, I'm not sure if there's another path to take to avoid them - so if you have a lot of bags, or bad knees, just fyi. Ueno is a little out of the central city, maybe 5 minutes out of the way. The room is too small, hardly to move about with 2 adults especially with the luggage opened. No proper wardrobe for clothes. The bed is too small for 2 adults as it's not even a Q-size bed. The room should have 2 side tables so the we could put individual stuffs on it and get on bed from their own side.

Hotel is clean and with good amenities. Rooms are decently sized with everything you need. Location is near a JR line station and easy for travelling. There are several food places nearby which is quite convenient. A supermarket is located downstairs if you need to purchase water etc.

Next to JR station, 4 mins walk from both exits. 800 Yen taxi away from both Nippori or Ueno stations where you can catch the skyliner to Narita airport (only takes 45 mins from Nippori). Irya subway station is 7 mins walk away and takes you pretty much everywhere in the capital, day travel ticket is 1,000 Yen and can be used on the 2 major subway operators' […] trains. Double bed might be too small for couples, especially when one side of the bed is against the wall to save space. Relatively new hotel, not the greatest location, need to take a train to Ueno for better restaurants, shopping, etc.

It was just lovely, felt swankier than the pictures imply. Amazing shower, free shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. Big tv with lots of funny channels. Stayed there 5 nights, and we had a fantastic time. There are tons of great restaurants around the hotel, and it was only 3 minutes walk to Uguisudani subway station. (Take the Kesei airport express from NRT to Nippori, then the Yamanote line to Uguisudani to get there). There's also a full grocery store next store that sells cheap beer and sake!

Room is clean and not too small. Bath robes are provided for guest. The room has LCD TV but mostly japanese shows so didn't really watch the channels. Housekeeping is provided everyday with free refills of shaver, combs etc at the check-in counter so room is always clean when i went back at night. Hotel is located only few mins walk from Uguisudani […] station, which is on the JR Yamanote line that circles round the Tokyo City. Buy a 1 day pass can bring you to many shopping places like Shinjuku, Akihabara etc along the JR line. It's only 1 station away from Nippori Station where you can catch the Skyliner train to airport. Hotel is in walking distance to Ueno Park, Ueno Station, Ueno Zoo, Tokyo National Museum and Science Museum. Even though it's near the subway, you practically hear no noise in the room (probably because I'm located at the 11th floor). Vending machines are located in many floors. Internet connection cable is provided in every room so it's very useful. There's a small supermarket located beside the hotel which you can find many food products at low prices. Overall, the hotel is very convenient to the places I'm going and I'll surely go back there to stay if I'm going around Tokyo City. Read more

位在上野的下一站（鶯谷），步行至上野站也只需十分鐘，算是方便。但要注意的是是鶯谷車站的出入口，南口離飯店較近，可是有陸橋跟階梯，回程時走南口需要拉行李爬橋頗累，雖然還有北口可以選擇，但是北口沒有電梯可以搭乘，有行李時不太方便。最後要搭電車時我是選擇搭計程車，不管是到上野或是日暮里都不需要跳錶，所以只需710yen，反正順便將零錢用掉也是個選擇。不過房間不大倒是真的>。

整體狀況不錯，缺點是飯店附近的鶯谷站是小站，要坐山手線以外的線路，需要到大站轉車，不過飯店離車站很近，走路三分鐘就到了，飯店附近算是住宅區不熱鬧，但是便利商店很近，樓下還有ㄧ間超市，走去車站的路上有ㄧ間買串燒的店很棒!

假如你對山手線非常依賴的話這會是一個非常棒的選擇，但是若要搭乘東京地鐵日比谷線就需要走一小段路 。飯店環境尚可，但周遭到了晚上有點混亂的感覺，因為會有人在路上拉客，房間清潔度上只能說是一般，在傢俱上會看到一些棉絮。還有這間飯店似乎接了滿多的團體客，所以平時會有點吵雜。不過這間飯店的價錢非常合理，適合有預算考量的旅客 。
