It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

"Clean and basic"
We were looking for a cheap and clean room, in walking distance from the touristic attractions of Rome. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, Spanish steps and Navona. The rooms are very clean and the hotel was renovated recently. "Convenient apartment accommodation near Termini st"
I just needed a clean convenient, decently priced place, with private bathroom near Termini and I found it. Impoertant to know: The place is part of several other apartments used like this in the neighborhood. So the desk service is not always around. Mi estancia fue en pareja, desde el 31 de abril hasta el 2 de mayo 2012, Paolo siempre muy cortes, nos ayudo en todo lo que pudo, como nosotros llegabamos por la estación de trenes desde pisa, se mantuvo en contacto conmigo por email y en llamadas para que no perdieramos tiempo esperandolo, la habitación siempre estuvo super limpia.
