If you're open to being a little further from the bustle of Korcula, this hotel is a really nice option. The town of Vela Luka is small, but it's quaint and cute. There is a decent selection of restaurants as well as day trips to the nearby island of Proizd. The hotel seems new and the rooms are lovely. While the bathrooms are a little odd, if you're traveling as a couple it's not that big of a deal. There is also a direct (EARLY) ferry to Hvar, so that's convenient if you plan on island hop. It was by far the nicest hotel we found on Korcula and worth a two night stay.

This hotel is a find! The rooms up top are spacious and clean with marvelous views. Irena (I think!)- the owner- offered us homemade wine and offered to cook us dinner for 20 euros each. It was worth it! There is a path from the hotel to the water and being in quiet Vela Luka was completely what we envisioned.

Located in Korcula (Korcula Island), House Dijana is close to Cathedral of Saint Mark and Badija Monastery. Additional area attractions include Przina Beach.

The 4 air-conditioned guestrooms at House Dijana include coffee/tea makers. Rooms have wireless Internet access. Televisions are equipped with satellite channels.

"Lovely flat overlooking Korcula town"
Me and my partner spent 4 days at House Dijana in September, in the studio flat that is out of the centre of town (not for rent anymore I think). House Dijana was terrific. All aspects of the stay were first class with the exception of the bed which was a little uncomfortable. Nena who was the contact lady was a gem who provided a wealth of information. The proximity to the old town and transport etc could not have been better.

This was an apartment not a hotel and there was no one based on the premises. It was however comfortable and very conveniently situated and the owner was pleasant and helpful. But the map on the website was useless and it was impossible to find it without phoning up the owner. Despite what the website says, it does not accept credit cards.
"Great Location"
We stayed in the studio apartment. It is in a great location, above a clothing shop and right next to a cafe. Only a couple of minutes walk to the old town, heaps of cafe and ferry office. great service by the owners, nice 2 room apartment plus bathroom, on one of the hills of Korcula overlooking the sea and the city center, 10-15 min walk to the port would stay again...
