This is the second year we stayed at the hotel and we love it. Very convenient, very comfortable and the staff is professional and wonderful. Breakfast is vert good. We'll keep going back!

Found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager even organised our online flight check in and printed the boarding passes. The airport transfer was timely and the same vehicle was available to take us to the local village. Overall a very cost effective package. Great value for money.

It is a good place to stay if you need to go to Malpensa MXP. They offer free transportation to and from the airport. They even have a sign that says that 2 trips are free (from the airport and to the airport). All additional trips need to be paid for. The front desk an who checked us in at night was not the friendliest. The breakfast was pretty decent. […] It had hot foods too like bacon and eggs. They actually do have ice you can request at the bar all night long. This is a luxury in Europe since no one uses ice. It is actually across the province line in Piemonte, not Lombardia (where MXP Malpensa airport of Milano is located). There is a scary one lane bridge (that actually has traffic in both directions) to get from the airport to this hotel. The hotel is not right in the town of Oleggio so it is a little bit of a walk to get there. Read more

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in all of Italy! Too bad it was an airport hotel. The hotel and the room were very modern. We loved the design of the room. A great big bathroom with toiletries. And the food in the restaurant is fantastic! At first you feel captive because the hotel is out in the country - kind of in the middle of nowhere […] - and you are sort of forced to eat in their restaurant. But the food is delicious, very reasonably priced, great service and lovely atmosphere. The same with the breakfast that is included. A gigantic hot buffet including eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, etc. Extremly impressive! The only downside is that it is about 15 minutes from the airport and you have to make an international call to have them come get you with their van. But the wait is not long and it is a lovely modern van. The ride to the hotel is through beautiful countryside, so not that bad. The hotel is new and clean, situated in what is, for now, rural countryside, and the pick-up and drop-off at Milan Malpensa went very well. We booked a junior suite and while spacious, the room lacked charm -- wood floors (no softening carpet), plain furniture, and only one cheap-looking dark fabric pattern in small loveseat and bedspread. Although […] the bathroom was large,the telephone shower outlet wasn't placed well so it sprayed outside the enclosure. Compared to other hotels, the price seemed high for the room we got. The truly outstanding feature, as per other reviewers, was the restaurant. They have Tues/Wed specials, and we had a fabulous last meal in Italy before our return to the US the next day. The breakfast was also very good with a broad range of offerings and good coffee. So I'd recommend the hotel for ease in and out of Malpensa and the good food, not for its charm. Very conveniently located just 12 minutes from Malpensa Airport, but away from the flight paths on incoming and departing planes. Free shuttle if you needed it with new and clean vans ......we had a rental car, so didn't need it. As an occassional traveler from MXP, I have tried numerous hotels in the area, which I find creepy at best. I would call Villa delle Rose the best of the worst! It has a very attractive restaurant but it was closed the Tuesday night of my stay. However, breakfast there the following morning was pretty good. This is a great hotel for a layover at Malpensa airport. The drive is 10-15 minutes from the airport but the hotel rate includes 1 ride to and 1 ride from the airport. They charge extra for extra rides to the airport. The hotel is out in the country so it is nice and quiet. Onsite there is a really nice but decently priced restaurant with great service. […] The rooms are a nice size with wood floors. They are very clean and well-kept. The bathroom was a large size with a huge shower. Ample toiletries were provided including a sewing kit, shoe shine brush and invigorating towelettes (great for a quick wake up early in the morning). We left too early to see the breakfast buffet but they did have croissants out for us and had coffee and tea available had we wanted it. The front desk staff speak English and were very helpful. This was an amazing hotel for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a place in that area to stay. After a review of comments on this hotel we booked an overnight stay for a next morning departure to the USA. We arrived at Milpensa from a cruise and called for the shuttle. We were in the departure area and not sure of what terminal we were in. With assistance from the hotel we learned we were in terminal #1 and the departure gate. We were ttold to […] wait htere rather than go to the arrival area, the normal pickup point. The shuttle picked us up at that location in about 10 minutes. About 12 minutes later we were at the hotel. We were pleased with the trip and the treatment as we registered. The room was spacious, clean, and pleasant. As from earlier reviews we knew that the hotel was not near any town or outside restaurant so we inquired about their restaurant hours (12;00-14:30 and 19:00-22:30). we ate dinner there and the service, food, and atmosphere were outstanding. Getting ready for our next day departure we needed to balance the weight in our suitcases to avoid over weight charges. The hotel provided us with a scale for that purpose. The buffet breakfast in the morning was better than any other on our trip, with excellent service on beverages through out the meal. The shuttle ride left as scheduled and we ended our trip with a great last day of remembrances of our stay at a small Italian hotel, with service and quality food at a fantastic price. Read more

We had the best time here! We stayed three nights, and had two cats. I thought we would get hassled because of the pets, but they were so helpful. It was a ways from Milan, and we hadn't rented a car, but very close to the little town of Novara, just a shuttle ride away. Great Pizza and shopping, gelatto etc. Very scenic and fun. We even got some wine […] to take home. Most importantly the hotel was comfortable and clean and the restaurant there was phenomenal. Tip and service included!
