      This hotel lives up to its expectations. It's clean and quiet in a very convenient locale. Complimentary in-room Internet service and morning breakfast in the lobby area are much appreciated as a business traveler. Room is small, but not unlike hotels in other major cities, and the room is cleaned and refreshed daily. Excellent overall value and would stay there again.

      The hotel is very convenient for Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea but had to take a bus to the airport, which is about an hour drive and cost $24 per person. It was across the street from the Disney Train which gave us access to the subway for getting around in Tokyo.

    The hotel was lovely. The interior was posh and well kept. Staff were very helpful and tried their best with our requests in English. The hotel is right... next to the Yurikamome Line (Takeshiba station), which is a privately owned railway (?), however it is a little bit more pricey than the JR or Tokyo Metro lines. Hamamatsucho station is about a 15 minute walk (or 10 minute walk/run) away and connects on the Yamanote Line which can get you pretty much anywhere. by Tin  from Adelaide SA, Australia on 01/23/13

    タブルの部屋に2人で泊まりましたが、かなり狭かったと思います。 後はお正月の朝食。おせちのバイキングでしたが、お正月なのだからもう少し豪華さが有っても良いのではないですか？ お刺身。ローストビーフとか？お雑煮は味が濃く少し煮詰まっていました。

    いくつかの機能をもたせた建物の中のホテルなのでいろんな制約があるのでしょうが、設計がちぐはぐです。1階の玄関に突然花屋があったり、ロビーが4階にあったり、ホテルの部屋に行くエレベータは3階か4階で乗り換えなければいけないが乗り場は人目につかないようなつくりになっていたり。でも部屋はお値段の割には広く、眺めもよく、空調もしっかり効いて快適でした。浜松町駅から少々歩かないといけませんが、ゆりかもめの竹芝駅はすぐそばなので、荷物が多いときや悪天候のときにはそちらを使うといいでしょう。

    部屋にはイーサネットケーブルがあったが、コンピュータがネットワークにつながらず、フロントに連絡したところすぐに人が来てくれた。結局部屋のスイッチのケーブルの接触不良か電源が切れていたようで、それを直してくれた。さらに部屋ではWiFiもつかえるとのことだったが、それもつながらなかった。ホテルの人からはじめに聞いたパスワードが間違っており、正しいパスワードを教えてもらってつなぐことができた。その後インターネットへの接続に問題はなく、接続速度も早くて快適だった。

    目の前にはレインボーブリッジやお台場の夜景が広がっていて、最高の立地条件です！　シャワーが古いタイプだったのは少し残念でしたが料金以上のホテルだと思います！　是非また利用させていただきます♪
