Hearty, gourmet food - best on entire trip!! Extraordinarily helpful hosts at front desk who helped research bus schedules and gave a lift to town. Local bus stop very near. Lovely walking trails at nearby manor house gardens.

It was a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The service was outstanding. All staff members were very friendly and always tried to help. Very easygoing atmosphere, ideal for family vacation.

Fabulous value for money. Attention to detail was really great. Such friendly, competent hosts.

Disgruntled from owners kids staying in a guests room and waking us up at 4am. Asked them to keep it down after it continued for quite some time. They agreed but continued to bang furtniture and shout. We tried to find out whose kids they were, the B&B owner came out of a guests room when she heard us and told them to keep it down. She then returned […] later to disband them after they hadn't gotten any quieter. I'm certain she wouldn't have mentioned it the next day until I raised it. She apologised only at that point (nothing mentioned to us at breakfast) and kept saying we should have told her sooner!!! That wouldn't have stopped me from being woken up and how could I? Ring the reception bell to wake the whole place up?! Very unprofessional and owner seemed generally cold. Would avoid this place like the plague despite it's location and average breakfasts. ４日間宿泊しました。チェックインより早く着きましたが 荷物を運ぶのも手伝ってくれて、部屋に置かしてくれました。 Sharon & Sam and Puzzle (dog) とてもFriendly です。 部屋は十分なスペースでバスルームも明るく清潔で綺麗でした。 朝食も熱々の紅茶／トーストetcでおいしかったです Vegetarian mealにも対応してもらえます。 LOOE駅，バス停にも近く、ハーバーは目の前でビーチもすぐです。 階下のお店には新鮮な果物屋さんもあり便利です。 立地条件が急な斜面で階段がありますが、 お願いすれば荷物を運ぶのは手伝ってもらえます。 お薦めのB＆Bです。Genuine Expedia guest review
