Very conveniently located in terminal 2 at Benito Juarez Intl Airport and the breakfast, although pricey was fresh and contained a decent variety of fruits and hot dishes. The room left much to be desired, in a country where the water is often unfit to drink, most hotels either provide bottled water as a courtesy or state that the water from the tap […] is purified. NH2 did neither, leaving it to your own discretion to either drink the water or pay 35 pesos for a bottle of water left by the sink. The duvee on the bed had several stains as did the sofa next to the bed. The sheets appeared fresh but the appearance of the stains on the bed covering could lead one to suspect otherwise. Will stay at the Hilton in Terminal 1 next time, regardless of convenience. Read more

Perfect when you need to stay close to Mexico City's airport. Everything was clean and modern. WiFi worked perfectly. Would stay here again for early morning flights or late night arrivals - can't beat the convenience and the price was reasonable. I do like NH hotels in general.

Hotel is right in Terminal 2 of the Mexico City airport. Easy to get to. Comfortable, modern accommodations. Quiet room - we couldn't hear any noise from the airplanes, which is sometimes an issue at other airport hotels we have experienced. Great for the business traveller who needs a quick stopover.

Extreamly bad servce, Stared there twide during the same trip, upon flying in and flying out. On my first stay I arrived arround midnight and there were 2 clerks at the front dest talking on the phone and took them more than 20 mins to check me in inspite of me being the only one waiting. There bell man was and rather rude, he was busy and couldn't […] help me at the time and refused to let me use a spare empty luggage cart arguing hotel safety policies. On my second stay the check in process was equally slow and I bumped on the same issue with help on my 9 pieces of lugage... no one to help. We had repeatedly called the hotel from the u.s. to ensure they will have people at the airport to pick us up since they advertised the option. Even on the day we were leaving we confirmed they will be at the airport since we would be arriving in Mexico City well after 11:30. Gave them our names and numbers of the phones we had just in case it worked […] which it did not. Plane was late by10 min. Upon checking through customs we realized neither of the phones worked and there was no way to call. We went and stood where they said to go with 2 kids freezing nite and there was no sign of anyone for 20min. We asked and got help from one of the taxi rental places to call them. They said to go back and stand there and they will be there in 20 min. We stood at door 6 like they asked again for 40 min to no avail. We finally had to take a cab to the hotel. Got there at about 2:30am. The receptionist was rude and insisted it was our fault. The hotel was ok though she was unable to even direct correctly to our rooms. Costs are very high for tea or breakfast. There is very little redeeming quality either from the rest of service or food. Btw they take money upfront so no refunds and no recourse. Read more

We had an overnight layover in Mexico city on AeroMexico. This hotel is connected to terminal 2 and all AeroMexico flights. I would highly recommend this hotel if you prefer to sleep in a bed as opposed to the airport.

The hotel is at a great location, basically the only one at terminal 2. However, hotel personnel rely on this not to give their 100%. The price I payed is equivalent to a 5 star hotel, where as the service and rooms are those of a 3.5 star hotel!

Decoration of the room is very modern, and new. But not very comfortable. Chairs and desk are not ideal for a typical business traveler who needs a nice and comfortable night close to the gates of an airport. I arrived at night ready to connect me to the internet in order to check out my emails. Unfortunately the connection to Explorer was very weak. […] So I could not see my emails. I called for assistance, and I could tell they were very busy. They informed that somebody would call me moments later to help me. They never did. We had an early connection next day, hving come into Mexico City airport from Zihuatenejo that evening. This turned out to be very convenient. We needed to be at Terminal 1 before the trains started running, so a hotel shuttle took us at no extra cost.
