Stayed here on honeymoon very clean and close to the earls court tjbe station. You are in zone 1 for the tube so that makes it easy to get around. Plenty of pubs j the area.

The location was awesome. We arrived in London via Eurostar and left from the Heathrow airport, neither trips required a transfer in the underground, and there is an elevator taking us directly from platform to street level, vice versa. We asked for 2 pillows (the hotel gives you a choice of 4 different types of pillows). Room service came with one, so we called again to get another one. I called the reception to ask for wifi password (plus one more pillow), and the gentleman nicely told me that he will have room service bring it up to me. The room service lady was NOT happy about that. She said she already gave me one and almost refused to give me another pillow. Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. All requests I had were taken care of right away. I had a room with a king sized bed and quite roomy. It had a mini fridge so could keep cold drinks and snacks in it. Also had a coffee maker with coffees and teas. Location was excellent. Loved the hotel. A few reservations: staff was very nice, but limited English made it a little more difficult to get information. I stayed at the NH Kensington for two weeks, and with one major and one minor exception, loved the place. The staff were fantastic, the amenities good, room size was good, and location was perfect. To be honest I blame hotels.com for this but we had originally booked 2 nights and had to reduce this to 1 night due to work commitments. It took 2 long phone calls with hotels.com to have the message passed to the hotel but I was assured it had been done and the room would be held. We arrived 2pm and were told we were a no-show so they had no room […] for us. We were told they would do what they could and come back at 4 when a room would be ready. Eventually, after being given a further 2 return times, our room was ready at 6.30pm! So not exactly great value for money when we had so few hours with a room. Hotel is well located; the room has lots of space, considering that most UK hotel rooms are generally tiny. Only issue was the fuse blew in the room twice and the staff did not understand my explanation of the issue. But, both times the fuse was fixed by the time we got back to our room.

We had a very good stay at NH Kensington. It is a great location only a short walk to EarlsCourt Subway Station (Tube). The tube is so close giving great access to all of London's sites. You can even walk a few kilometers to find yourself at Kensington Palace or Herrods.
