Easy to find and conveniently located. I wasn't expecting a Westin...just needed somewhere to sleep a couple nights during my daughters graduation and Budget Inn served its purpose. Bed was a little firm, but I always bring my own pillows from home, so at least I had some degree of comfort. Room had small refrigerator and microwave, and a good flat […] screen TV. No clock in room nor is there a coffee maker...basic amenities these days. They do serve decent coffee in lobby, and the motel is easy walking distance to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks for a better cup of brew. Overall, I would stay again if the price is right. Read more

Owner/manager was unwilling to accommodate a simple request for early check in. We were driving 5 hours to attend my son's graduation at 2:00 P.M. from NAU. Drove in blue jeans/shorts and wanted to change in our room before the ceremony. Called before leaving home and asked for this favor. We were told it was "impossible". Check out was 11:00 and they […] needed 3 hours to clean rooms. Not everyone checks out at 11:00, some people leave in the morning. He would not discuss it. Changed in a roadside rest stop. Basic motel at a great location (across from NAU, close to many places to eat, not too far from the train station). The room was spotless and it had a large fridge, microwave, LCD TV, and Wi-Fi service. The room was also very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again while in Flagstaff.

IT WAS VERY GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE TRASH PICK UP WHICH IS NOT YOUR FAULT. WORK MUST GO ON. BUT, IT WAS NICE AND QUIET, JUST MISSED KLEENEX FOR ALLERGY RUNNING NOSE. USED THE TOILET PAPER WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL. PROBABLY WILL SEE YOU AGAI WHEN MY SURGERY IS SCHEDULED AT THE HOSPITAL. THANKS

The motel was close to the railroad station and it was close to a good dinner and the food was good. I was on my way to Chicago and I spent the day at the motel. waiting for the train.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We hadn't been to this hotel in about 10 years and weren't sure how it would be. But it has been updated and really nice. It was nice before too but with the updates it is really nice. My kids were excited with the flat screen TV. LOL!!! It is very clean, nice rooms and nice staff.

The Budget Inn was reasonable value for money. Room was basic, but clean. Immediate locale was gas stations and chain restaurants. But short drive to more attractive areas. Easy drive to meteor crater and good if going on to Grand Canyon (approx. 1.5 hours).

First of all, we enjoyed the comfort of the beds. Many inexpensive hotels have uncomfortable beds, but this one was very comfortable. The room didn't smell, which is a must for us since our smellers are sensitive. No pets: a fantastic thing since we are allergic to pets and hotels with pets ruin our hotel stay.

Stayed at budget inn last sunday the 17th of march in Flagstaff, AZ. The only negatives I would mention about this motel is that the towels are small and very thin material, the pillows are of poor quality and thats it. The positive is that it is affordable and very clean and even comes with berber carpet. Room comes with a nice t.v. fridge and microwave. […] For the price of the room, you are receiving a solid place to stay the night. Didnt know what to excpect. Reviews online stated it was clean and great for the price. Outside is older style, but hotel is super clean, very comfortable. I would highly recommend, and i will stay there again. Pleasantly surprised. Rooms are updated with modern tv and furniture and very clean.

This was the most stark hotel room I have ever seen. No clock, no extra pillows, and the loudest heater ever!!! The check-in was non-existence as a woman who spoke little english did not check my ID, did not really care who I was and just gave me a key. The room was clean, but like I said, there was just no comfort. The mattress was hard, the pillows […] were tiny - and when I asked the front desk for extra pillows they could provide just 1 - 1 for the entire hotel. I booked this motel Friday afternoon for that night and informed them of an after midnite check-in. I arrived at 1:50am and knowing that the manager had been asleep he still responded to the bell within 10 seconds unlocking the door and checking me in quickly. 6 1/2 hours lately he was cheerfully making me copies and directing me to my meeting!

We ended up needing 2 Queen beds instead of 1 king because we added an additional person. Well, when I called Budget Inn directly they said I need to pay an additional $7.50 because I had an additional person. After I paid at the hotel I double checked on Expedia if the price changed from 2 to 3 people and it DID NOT. It was dissapointing that they […] were just trying to make an extra buck. I will not be booking a room here again. Also, my shower drain was clogged and I did not want any part of the shower curtain to touch me because it looked pretty dirty with dark stains on it. there's a diner about a block away for a decent breakfast and a short drive away, there's a block of nicer organic type eating places, like Macy's. we stayed here to have easy access to Grand Canyon and Sedona and it was fine for just sleeping. beds not bad.

Budget Inn-conveniently located in Flagstaff along a row of other hotels and motels, shops and restaurants. It's not in the quaint downtown area of Flagstaff but that is only a two minute drive away. The motel itself is kept very clean and the staff is nice enough. No breakfast included, but there is coffee in the lobby area. The rooms are huge-we got […] a kingsize bed in our room and there was plenty of room to spread out! They include a fridge, small microwave, and hair dryer, as well as a flat screen tv and free wifi. The toiletries are a bit sparse (one bar of soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo-conditioner in one) and the towels are thin and quite small. I also would have liked a door separating the sink from the rest of the room. The toilet and shower are in its own room, but it is so small that there's not a whole lot of room to change in there, leaving you with some cramped undressing, or undressing outside the room for all to see. That being said, for the amount you spend for a night here, it's certainly worth it. Read more

We stayed at this hotel in November. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance of downtown. Overall it did "exactly as it says on the tin". We would stay there again.

The room itself was clean and nicely equipped with a large television, refrigerator and microwave. Easy access, easy parking, minimal noise from main road and from trains. The bathroom lighting was connected to a noisy fan. The heater did not have a thermostat to regulate heat so room became hot, had to get up in middle of night, turn off , then by […] morning room was chilled. Based on the reviews we thought this would be great for the price. We reserved & stayed 2 nights based on the reviews but were disappointed. There was a hair in the bed and all over the shower (cleanliness is top for me). The bed was very uncomfortable. Check in was easy. Room was COLD. Room appeared clean. However, towels had many strands of very long, black, thick hair (hairnet anyone?). They did appear and smell clean in spite of the hair. Did not use them. Checked the bed from head to toe to look for items.....thankfully I did not find anything that appeared questionable. Had a king size bed with […] three flat, and I mean FLAT pillows. Would advise, if possible bring your own pillows and towels, oh yes and toiletries. No little coffee pot, but micro and fridge in room. Was okay as a stopping place for the night. Oh, and be prepared because the heat is very difficult to regulate, and noisy.
